Knightsbridge brick slips
I bought four boxes of the Knightsbridge brick slips for the fireplace under the media unit I contructed, along with the adhesive and mortar for pointing. The brick slips were really easy to fix to the wall and the adhesive dried quickly. I used a diamond edged angle grinder blade for the cuts and did not break or waste a single brick. Using the mortar was difficult and I made a bit of a mess but with a little hard work it cleaned up nicely. I may have a few small areas to touch up. Delivery was a little expensive but considering the weight of the boxes I suppose it was not too bad. Also, the brick slips were delivered exactly when I was told they would be. The tools the company sells are expensive. I bought what I needed elsewhere including the spacers but that is a small critiscism. Overall I am so pleased with the finished result. The fireplace looks exactly as we wanted it to. I would highly recommend this company. The contact I have had with them has also been extremely positive.

We appreciate your feedback on the mortar, tools, we only offer them to customers who need them, alot of trades people already have these so its just helpful for anyone who doesn't.
Delivery is a cost that isn't set by ourselves, but by the delivery companies due to the weight as you mentioned, we're unable to get the price down unfrortunately due to the current economic climates.
We're glad everything arrived on time and that you had a positive experience with the team.

Had to return. bricks and slips I…
Unfortunately the bricks and slips I received were not similar to those shown on website. I had to return them and pay for the return delivery. They were quick to refund once they received them back.

We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible online, but as they’re a natural-style product, there can sometimes be variations in colour and texture between batches. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it is when something isn’t what you were expecting.
I’m glad to hear the refund was processed quickly once the return was received, but I appreciate the inconvenience caused especially with the return cost.
We’d always recommend ordering a sample first so you can be confident it’s the right match before placing a full order.

I have been using brickslips for over 5 years and hands down these are the best quality, clean and most attractive yellow weathered slips I have come across.
I have compared against Travis Perkins and quite simply you’ll be wasting your time and money. (An honest review - no need to faff about)

Eventually overall very pleased with…
Eventually overall very pleased with the out come of my Fireplace, very effective product.
Downside...lots of wastage boxed and sent to Customer, but corners & headers were all spot on.
10% quoted to over order for wastage....
No lot more like 35%, have two boxes left over that are unusable.

Ordered for my kitchen
Ordered for my kitchen. Called customer services first to check on delivery time and was told 5-7 working days.
They actually arrived within 4 working days which was great as still had kitchen fitter with me.
He admitted he hadn’t used brick slips before but I am over the moon with how they turned out. Would have loved to be able to post a photo but sadly no option to do so.

choose brickslips, No1 in our view
We chose brickslips because of their range, and was not disappointed when they arrived. everything was well packaged. towards the end of our project we discovered a few breakages which Kate kindly helped us with. I cannot thank them enough for their support. They come highly recommend ed for both products and customer service.

A superb service from Brick Slips
A superb service from Brick Slips. I ordered a small quantity of bricks for my fireplace. Some did arrive broken but were replaced quickly so I could complete my project. The range on offer is great so it was easy to find the style i wanted. I'm very happy with the end result and the service I have had from Brick Slips. Five stars!

Great looking product
Delivery was prompt. Couple of breakages upon arrival but they sent out replacements immediately. Really nice finish to the slips and the lime mortar looks great. Would buy again.
