Happy with the bricks overall. Broken ones were replaced very quickly.
The imagine online arent 100% accurate in terms of the mortar colours that are used on some examples.

Great products
Ordering was straightforward and the products all arrived in good condition. The slips for the mixture I chose were all well selected so to supply me a good blend. I did purchase a few extra things separately and then noticed that I could have bought all of them with one other item and receive £15 off which would have been a better deal. It's a shame that this isn't picked up in the order and then informed about it. Also I heard from another buyer he'd used a code and received a discount which leaves feeling a bit cheated. The 2 issues I would suggest are a lack of research on my part but there again, website/online shopping would be more appreciated if you are offered the best deal to start with.

Prompt delivery and easy to use…
Prompt delivery and easy to use product. Renovating a 200 year old ex farm building that had been converted in the 80s to a house. Felt that the kitchen lacked character so started with an Olde Bayswater covered section covering the tatty looking soil stack 'boxing', looks great ! Now ordered a section batch of the same slips to go on the walls above the worktops.

From ordering to receiving my brick slips and all the extras required to go with them everything was great.
Now I have laid the bricks and the job is completed I can say the brick slips are superb so glad I ordered them .

When I first came across the Brickslips Web Site I was inspired by the gallery of completed jobs. My brick slips order arrived to Northern Ireland quickly and without hassle - and at a reasonable shipping cost to Northern Ireland (You have no idea how much hassle it normally is getting stuff delivered to Northern Ireland - so hats off to Brickslips for such a slick delivery process!😊😊). We had very few breakages in the pallet delivery (and even those could still be used for wall ends). We tiled an entire wall in our Kitchen diner with the brick slips and the results were absolutely amazing. This feature wall is a talking point as soon as any visitor sees it. Simply stunning! I am so glad I discovered Brickslips.co.uk

Decent tiles, terrible service
Decent tiles. Huge cost ie more than actual price in tiles ...so c£85 on tiles, £120 on delivery and £24.99 on brick slip adhesive, which they forgot to deliver.
Rather than send special delivery, apparently it could go that way...we would have to wait another 5:days
Shoddy, terrible service. If I'm paying decent money, I'm expecting decent service.

Thanks for your feedback, we’re really glad to hear you were happy with the tiles themselves, but we’re sorry the service didn’t live up to expectations.
We understand the frustration with delivery costs, especially when they end up being higher than the product value. Our brick slips are a heavy, palletised product, often weighing as much as a fridge or washing machine! So they do require a specialist delivery service.
That’s why the costs and estimated delivery timeframes are clearly displayed before checkout, so customers know exactly what to expect before committing to a purchase.
That said, we completely accept responsibility for the missed adhesive in your delivery, that was our mistake, and it shouldn’t have happened. While we did try to resolve it as quickly as possible, we know waiting several days for a missing item isn’t ideal when you’re in the middle of a project. We’re actively working with our dispatch and courier teams to avoid situations like this in future.
We always aim to provide great service alongside a great product, and it’s clear we didn’t get that balance right in your case.

Extremely poor quality
Bricks very chipped and some even cracked !
Purchased 165 only approx half of these were usable!
Despite 2 emails and a telephone conversation with Brickslips was assured that the bricks were textured and not chipped , what I received was definitely not good. Was told these were a tumbled brick when I questioned this on more than one occasion I was assured they were definitely not chipped this tumbled look referred to the texture / finish of the brick only. Very very disappointing
Would definitely not recommend

Do not subscribe unless you want constant junk e mails
Ordered samples from this company and since doing so I’m getting constant e mails from the company
I’ve blocked them, flagged their e mails as spam and the junk e mails STILL go through to my spam folder.
The unsubscribe button doesn’t work and no reply to many e mails I’ve sent asking to be taken off of their mailing list.
Was considering buying from this company but sick of having to delete their e mails on almost daily basis.

Honest review here I bought the olde watermill bricks which are lovely looking brickslips and the lads from SlipBricksTiling LTD did an absolutely top job ( hit em up for your brick slips tiling they travelled from Essex to me in Gloucestershire so will travel for jobs 🤌) but the delivery is very expensive..I get the pallet delivery but I needed another box of corner pieces and again another £45 delivery .so if I was short just one brick slip that would have cost me another £45 delivery also found the people pretty rude and unhelpful on the phone but the brickslips themselves were 🤌

Regarding delivery, we completely understand the frustration, especially when it comes to smaller top-up orders. Unfortunately, we've had consistent issues with standard couriers breaking brick slips in transit, which is why we rely on pallet delivery it's the only way we can ensure they arrive safely and intact. That said, we know it’s not ideal for small quantities.
We’re also genuinely sorry to hear about your experience on the phone, that’s not the level of service we aim for, and your feedback will be shared with the team.

Excellent Customer Service
I must compliment Brick Slips Customer Service Department on how quickly they dealt with some damages we had and sent out replacements. This happened twice and both times we received the replacements within 2 days. The packages themselves and the contents were very well wrapped in bubble wrap but unfortunately what happens between them leaving the warehouse and being delivered is obviously out of their hands. Also, my emails were responded to within the hour, which is mostly unheard of these days when one can wait days for a response!

AWFUL customer service
AWFUL customer service, received DAMAGED GOODS and they would not do anything to help us. We ended up having to buy another 3 boxes at our own cost, which with VAT and delivery, was over £130. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. We had no choice as we had to finish the job. Three boxes that they sent us were cracked to pieces. We tried calling them but because it was BH weekend, no one answered. When we finally spoke to them they said we were outside of the 7 days and they could not help us! They said we should have emailed instead! This is a good product, we have used them before but never again due to the way they have literally ripped us off. They also mocked us by sending us 15 replacement brick slips AFTER the job was complete which was not funny. Dreadful behaviour. BE WARNED!!
EDIT: FOLLOWING BRICKSLIP'S RESPONSE 20/06/2025
NO, you do not get to wriggle out of this one. It is untrue what you state, we were literally a day or so over the 7 days, caused by the Bank Holiday, so completely out of our control. We called and called you over that weekend. Your phone systems did NOT say you were closed, the lines just rang and rang, so we wasted considerable time. You are essentially just hiding behind your nonsense policy of 'having to email'. You sent us 15 brick slips, THREE BOXES were broken AND you sent us the sand coloured ones which we explained were NOT the ones we wanted! Hence my accusation that you were 'having a laugh'. It's not too late to rectify this by taking responsibility and offering us a part-refund for the brick slips that your courier damaged but I shall not hold my breath as frankly, your company is horrendous to deal with, hence why I am taking the time here to ensure that any prospective customers of yours know exactly what they are dealing with.

To clarify for anyone reading: you contacted us well after the 7-day window for reporting transit damage had passed. Despite this, and outside of our terms, we still sent you a free replacement pack of 15 slips as a goodwill gesture to try and assist.
It’s upsetting to see this described as “mocking” when our team went out of their way to support you, even when we weren’t obliged to do so. Bank Holiday weekends do mean our phone lines are closed, but we always recommend emailing us immediately so we can act swiftly, this is outlined in our delivery policy.
We always stand by our products and our customers, and we’re proud of the service we offer. We're sorry that, despite our efforts, this wasn't enough in your case.
