Never considered myself a real writer. Just someone with a story that kept nagging at me for years until I finally sat down and got it out of my system. Showed up to that first consultation feeling like a complete amateur and left feeling like someone worth investing in. The whole team celebrated my launch day with me on a group call. Cake, confetti, the works. Completely unnecessary but incredibly thoughtful. It turned what could have been a lonely milestone into a genuine shared moment. Those personal touches show that the people behind this service actually care about the authors they work with.

The interior formatting looked great on screen but when printed the margins were way too narrow and the text felt cramped. Had to go back and forth three times to get it fixed and each revision round took two weeks. Simple stuff that should have been caught the first time around.
