Bridgestone Select Nerang excellent

I used Bridgestone Select Nerang for my now tyres. Very impressed with the service. Initially ordered tyres that were the same as factory fitted by Ford. Nerang branch suggested a better tyre to suit my Ranger and explained everything in detail. Quick fitting and great communication. I will not go anywhere else in future for tyres.

Bridgestone service centre in Colac, Victoria

Bridgestone service centre in Colac, Victoria.
Backstory: Needed car re gassed, other places near me were booked out and these guys were available so I booked the car in here.... Shouldn't have.
I went to get a car air con re gassed, left the car at the shop at 8am, took a photo of the odometer before hand over because if you know you know. After having waited all day with not a call, I went to the centre at around 4pm to see what was going on. I was met with the car not being in shop and excuses by both the manager and a worker (when he eventually brought the car back) as to why the re gas wasn't done, which their stories weren't matching up and when you're talking to a customer who is an experienced mechanic you can tell when you're being played. After a heated disagreement the cops were going to be called but the manager didn't seem to want them there which unless the manager was doing shifty business you'd think he would want the cops but after a couple insults from the manager got the keys, got in the car and checked the odometer which showed an increase of 36 km's and there is absolutely no way in hell for a re gas is a car needed to be driven over 30 km's! I went home, reviewed the dashcam footage which showed two blokes standing around in front of the car with the bonnet up on their phones, did not touch a thing under the bonnet and then watched a "worker" get to joy ride aimlessly twice around town which wasted about $50 worth of petrol all while hitting every pothole as he drove. Extremely upsetting and didn't think I'd have to be worried about being taken advantage of by a "professional" shop but here we are.

I would like to thank Johnny and the team in Gungahlin. When Johnny heard that I underwent bypass surgery he come out to my house to pick up my flat tyre and bring back once changed so that I could drive it back to the shop to replace the second one. Very professional and personalised service.

Excellent Service

Bridgestone Fyshwick replaced my old tyres with Turanza T005 RFT with wheel alignment. Excellent service and the boys did a great job. New tyres much quieter on the road and car drives like new. Highly recommended!

Excellent service at the Burra store

We called into the store in Burra and had the very best service. Before we knew it our tyres had all been checked the faulty one fixed and we were on our way. Full admiration for the service here.

Great service at the Gympie store

Great service at the Gympie store. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They explained my options clearly and helped me get back on the road quickly. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and very professional. I really appreciated their helpful attitude and the way they made the experience easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and reliable help. Very satisfied with the experience.

Booked my car in at Springfield Orion…

Booked my car in at Springfield Orion for 4 new tires and alignment at 1:00pm. Was told give them a couple of hours and it’ll be ready. 3:00pm I returned after waiting at the shopping center for 2 hours to find they were just taking my old tires off the car. I asked what was going on and was questioned if I received a call about a delay, which I hadn’t. Finally got my car back at 4:10pm. They gave me the alignment for free but all the hype about “Bridgestone Benefits” and what they do while changing your tires certainly didn’t happen in my case.
First time going through Bridgestone and it will be my last. Disappointing service

Booked for new tyres online

Booked to have 4 new tyres online and set a time. On arrival, I had no issues and tyres were in stock ready to go. As it was a wet day, I stayed in the showroom and waited. It took a little bit longer than I expected but was happy with the experience. Better still, the tyres feel great and have had no issues with them.

i had damaged my front left bumper

i had damaged my front left bumper, it was hanging odd a bit, bracket/ screws had broken off, and my local service mechanic couldn't fix it, i was recommended by a friend to go to Bridgestone Tyre and Auto Nundah as she had been happy with their service. i rang ahead and they offered to look at it, brought it in and they fixed it within an hour. very happy with their level of service. Great bunch of blokes happy to help you out any way they can, highly recommend.

I’m giving this rating because I felt…

I’m giving this rating because I felt misled and disappointed. I purchased 4 tires through the Uber app and the service description indicated that everything was included, such as alignment and balancing. However, when I arrived for the service, the staff told me those services were not included and charged me an additional $80. They only offered a $20 discount, which did not resolve the issue. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional.
Terrible on Bridgerton's part.

Appalling service.

Appalling service.
I rang Bridgestone Magill 579 Magill Rd, which is RAA approved, to enquire about a front right tyre, with a slow leak as a result of a nail, that needed fixing. The person on the phone said if they could repair it, it would be $60.00 or alternatively they could give me a quote for tyres. I took my car in. They rang me later to say the tyre could not be repaired and gave me a quote for $124.00 per tyre which would be fine for my run around car and I agreed to purchase two at a cost of $248. I told the guy what time I would need to pick the car up to go to a meeting in the city and he said that would be fine and to turn up at the allocated time.

I turned up and noticed that a yellow rimmed tyre was on the left front side of my car. The nail was in the right front side of the car. I asked in the office what had happened and I was told that after taking the tyre off they had realised they did not have the right size tyres for my car. The yellow rimmed tyre was the spare from my boot. I asked why they had put the spare tyre on the left front and was not able to be given a satisfactory explanation. When I got home later and opened the boot of my car I saw that they had chucked my shopping bags back in there under the carpet without placing the back carpet down properly.

In a phone call later that day, as I tried to clarify what had happened to my car, a person offered to provide a discount for the “stuff around”. I asked how much and he said $150.00. l clarified "for both tyres". He said “no per tyre they are normally $175 each”. I said I had been quoted $124 and he told me those tyres would not fit my car. I asked to speak to the manager and the person I was speaking to told me he was the manager. I agreed to bring the car back and buy the $150.00 tyres as long as he would guarantee me that they had the tyres before I brought the car back.

He rang the next night and told me they had ordered the tyres and they would be in the next day. The next day I took my car in. I received a phone call at 4:00 that day (a Friday) to tell me the manager had ordered the wrong tyres but he couldn’t ring me because he had to go home. The person talking to me was the wheel aligner. He had asked to look at my original tyre, removed the nail, inspected it and tested it and said it was fine. There would be no charge. He said they would make it up to me next time. I collected my car.

The following Monday I sent a request via their computer to have something in writing about what they had done. I phoned on the Thursday and requested it again. I found the following Monday, held on for 5 minutes, and then hung up. I phoned on the Tuesday and the manager said he would e-mail something. I phoned on the Thursday, got the wheel aligner again and he arranged to have something emailed to me, which he did. He reminded me that they would make it up to me next time. I have no complaints about the wheel aligner who seems to be the only capable person who works here. However, I will not use this company again and I recommend no one else goes near them.
