There are few companies out there that I could rate as highly as Bridgit - they have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. They do everything they can to make things go as smoothly as possible with fantastic communication and efficiency. Every single person I dealt with was so helpful and made everything seem so effortless. If you need a bridging loan Bridgit are definitely the way to go.

Incredibly important to align yourself with Bridgit if you're in the financial services industry. Having a dedicated alternative bridging facility provider who understands the intricacies of a timing crucial transaction like this is paramount. Highly recommend

Dodgy!!! We completed their 2 min application online and did not accept their conditional offer due to the eye gouging rates. However our CREDIT FILE was checked regardless. We did not accept the offer and knew immediately they were not for us. Totally shoddy and wouldn’t recommended under any circumstances.

We were conditionally pre-approved for a bridging loan with a conventional bank which then wouldn't get approved due to a technicality. With less than a month before settlement we reached out to Bridgit and couldn't have been more impressed. The staff are extremely helpful and responsive to phone calls and email and made the whole process seamless. We moved into our new property on the weekend which would not have been possible without Bridgit and the team. Highly recommended.

Very responsive and efficient process. Bridgit's cost was a more expensive option compared to the banks but they are able to provide funding quickly. Achieving conditional finance took less than 48 hours, and a similar time frame to progress to unconditional finance. In comparison, the bank I was also seeking finance through have taken more than 4 weeks and I'm still waiting for an unconditional finance offer. There have been a ridiculous amount of hoops to jump through with the bank. I dealt with Andrew and he has been very professional, patient and has been very responsive.

My experience with Bridgit is that they are the theranos of lending. Don't rely on Bridgit to do anything on time or any of their promises around speed. They lost my application for 1 day and had no idea that it happened and when they finally recovered it, it was incomplete. You have to send documents via email to a generic inbox, so there's no privacy and the application process is full of "gotcha's". Unlike the big majors, you get a different story from every single person you speak to. One will say, using a broker is fine, and the next will say if you use a broker they will decline the loan. When I complained about the broken process, they said "it seems like we're not a good fit for you at this time" - so you'll only see 5 star reviews from Bridgit as if you leave anything less, no loan for you!

Of the dozens of positive experiences in lending, 2/3 of my all time worst were "neo-lending", but this is hands down the worst, because they are selling you a product with the promise of speed and convenience, and you're promised a Ferrari, and you get a Mini Moke with a tyre missing.

It's curious that it's suddenly now suggested that I'm disrespectful and rude as well as some passive agresssive retort, but, hopefully this helps others save time and stick with BOM who solved the problem in record time.

we requested a bridging loan from Bridget because our home was on the market and did not look like it would settle in time for purchase of our new apartment
Bridget listened to our request . understood our needs checked our finances and got us a pre approval in 24 hours. this realy helped elevate our concerns if the property did not settle in time
the fee structure was expensive but acceptable if you are in a bind

The person dealing with me seemed inexperienced. There were mistakes made multiple times on the forms and had to be reissued which was avoidable if the documents were proof read prior to issuing.
The phone conversations seemed to confirm the inexperience your worker had. We did get there in the end.

Good product for those in a similar situation. The amount of steps and paperwork to complete was not something that we were made aware of and this caused some difficulties when our timing was tight. Bridget did, with lots of coaxing, make my deadline though.

Approached Bridgit on behalf a client looking to purchase prior to sale of their existing property. Creating an application was quick and easy and client was conditionally approved same day. Staff easy to deal with. No assessment wait times. All in all a great experience. Would definitely use again and recommend to other brokers

A great new bridging loan facility that is market-leading and easy to set up, quick to provide approval and follow up customer service. If you are downsizing or moving, and need finance to make it happen efficiently and without the usual red tape of traditional banks, this is the lender for you. Always quick to respond to any inquiries, never the endless waiting on the phone to a bank call centre only to have to explain your whole scenario again and again to different people, I would recommend this loan to anyone instead of a traditional bank. A new company that has a bright future ahead.

There web site says they will lend to anyone including a pensioner with no other income for a bridging loan.
The fine print doesn't say that it depends on postcode and ability to service the loan. A high level of deception in their online ads

I had a Great experience with Techlend. My own circumstances demanded an expedited turnaround. They reacted and processed my application very quickly. Kate provided superb customer service with regular communication throughout the process. A much more personable and flexible experience comparative to a bank, with a very fluid and efficient decision making process. I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys

By the time we got to Techlend we were close to settlement.
