I would have given it 0 it’s a scam for vulnerable people to pay out more my advisor was robotic and she wouldn’t let me speak just kept going on and on and on I told her I was terminally ill and had life cover including that still she went on
Then I asked her name which I had forgotten on introduction and she refused saying have a nice day, I called back the number and the same woman introduced herself. I’m not leaving this go, it’s unbelievably insensitive and quite frankly Disguting.

When you call back the number they have called from, there is no option to speak to anyone. Simply avoidance tactics and allows them to continue with their fraudulent ways of working.

I bought some gumrunner snow boots - I was delighted with them, they were water resistant and great in the snow; sadly after just half a dozen wearings the stitching has started to fall apart
I have gone onto their website and it looks like they are closing as it states not accepting new orders
Looking at the reviews on here regarding the quality (or lack of) of their products and customer service that doesn't surprise me

Personally I have only had one item of complaint over the incorrect car video sent and this was put right within a few days. Queries on when delivery will be are ignored for quite a few days. Most of my purchases are orientated in DIY items that have been satisfactory when you compair the difference in costs involved between brightlife and hardware stores. Overall, you get what you pay for!

I am sorry but Bright Life offer no help to their customers when problems occur with any of their products. They ignore any contact such as e-mails, they just do not want to know.
I purchased a cordless air compressor for inflating my car tyre, advertised in their catalogue @ £59.95, at this price one would expect a reasonable life from it. I have another tyre inflater costing £14.70 its has beed working for 6 year now. but the compressor from Bright Life purchased in February 2016 no longer works. What is this company doing about it, nothing!
