Allow me, however, to clarify a few points to clear up any confusion:
Your order, placed on February 29, reached you on March 20, i.e. a total lead time of 20 days. As indicated on our website, processing times vary from 2 to 5 days, while standard delivery times can range from 8 to 18 days. All in all, it can take between 10 and 23 days to receive your order, on working days only, excluding public holidays and weekends.
This leads me to remind you that your order was delivered in 20 days or 14 working days, which seems to me to be perfectly reasonable and in line with our commitments.
I would also like to remind you that all this information is clearly indicated in the FAQ section of our site, eliminating any possible surprises regarding delivery times.
And all this has already been explained to you when you put us in dispute.
A dispute which I'm delighted to inform you has been cancelled, as all our actions were in perfect compliance with the law and our own terms and conditions.
Please accept our apologies for any disappointment regarding our 48-hour response time.
Our after-sales service is sometimes subject to heavy demand, which may result in longer response times.
However, I can assure you that every customer receives a full and detailed response as quickly as possible.
With regard to your order cancellation request, I would like to point out that you contacted us on March 5, 6 days after placing your order. At that point, your order was already in transit with the carrier, making cancellation impossible.
