If I could give it a zero I would. After ordering on March 3rd, Embroidery Accessories Diamond Painting Tools, I have still not received them. Of course they have received my money. Not only that, but I have been in touch with the company 4+ times, they continue to say it's coming, and give me a tracking number which does not track. I asked for a refund, and they refused, I will now look into seeing what recourse I have. I would not order from them again.

Do Not Order from this company. It's been 2 months and I get nothing but emails. Delivery was to be within 15-20 days. Now I see the real company is in WUHAN and you know what they are giving us!!!

Awful experience
What an awful shopping experience with Brilliaire I have just had.
After waiting several weeks for items to arrive from china they finally arrived, but the main components were missing. Contacted paypal to try and get a refund as Brilliaire would not reply to my emails
Pay pal has told me to send back what did arrive via tracked mail to china.
Well, the cost of tracked mail is almost £30 and considering the cost of the parts to return cost about £2 then it does not make sense to return
The overall cost, including the goods that were missing was £18
Paypal would not offer any other help so it looks like I just put it down to experience and not use brilliaire again

Jeg har skrevet til dem 9 GANGE, oh kun fået 3 svar, hvor de bare holder mig hen..
Dette har stået på i 4 MÅNEDER!!!!!!
