Excellent experience!

Both my kids attended from upper elementary through middle school. Both were accepted into competitive Early College High School and accelerated 8th grade programs locally. This is a nationally award winning program and leads to very high college acceptance rates. The experience with BMS and the ability to show detailed records, grades, progress reports and school work, along with test scores was a huge contributing factor in both kids getting accepted. While attending BMS, I saw improvement year to year with both kids and felt I was able to reach teachers for help when needed. Teaching staff has been excellent.

Brilliant Microschools was just what we needed for my child - homeschool but direct teacher contact and a small group of peers. My daughter loved her teacher and had no problems engaging in this type of learning. You can get very involved with clubs for extra socialization or just stick to the basics so each child can find a good balance for their own needs. Would definitely recommend this program to others.

Teachers are amazing and super responsive. My daughter went from dreading school to loving school again in a short amount of time. Lots of support when needed and a proactive approach even when not needed. Always puts the student experience first. Great overall experience for the student and the parent.

Brilliant Microschool is fantastic and has been exactly what my daughter needed for her to re-establish a positive relationship with school and see herself as a learner.

I am very pleased with Brilliant Microschool! My son absolutely loves it. Mrs Kate Landis was our teacher and she was awesome! I definitely recommend this micro school to any family that is looking for a virtual option for a more hands on approach that caters specially to your child’s needs.

On paper it looks amazing The website makes it look like a perfect option for kids with dyslexia and adhd. My high schooler is struggling and always has and we got a tefa award so I was looking for options, let me say just trying to get info was a headache and nightmare and took about a week to connect with someone, then when I finally spoke with “enrollment specialist “ Ron the sales agent, cuz let’s ne real and call it what it is - it felt so scripted and pushy, he was clearly reading off a paper talking 20 miles an hour and every quiet I asked he brushed off and told me I should sign up for their free webinar , I could see we were getting no where and recultanly agreed to go on a list for the webinar even tho what I really wanted was to get my simple questions answered without pressure,seems like they work on commission and only care about getting you into the webinar , Im uncertain if I even want to move forward after that experience, very disappointing

Brilliant Microschool was the perfect solution when my AuDHD / PDA daughter experienced severe burnout upon starting in-person middle school. BMS staff and teachers are very flexible with teaching style, level, and there are built-in academic accommodations for disabilities. This enabled my struggling kid to actually access an education, and we are SO appreciative!

I had a fantastic experience with Brilliant Microschools! The staff is not only highly professional but also genuinely caring and supportive. My son's teacher Rebecca Zurcher is kind and understanding. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure students are engaged, encouraged, and challenged appropriately. I particularly appreciate the personalized attention they offer, which has made a significant difference in my child's learning experience. The online platform is user-friendly, and the quality of the lessons is top-notch. I highly recommend Brilliant Microschools for anyone looking for a dedicated and enriching educational environment.

We've been very happy with Brilliant Microschools.
When my daughter joined she had gone through a tough time in public school. She is now doing very well academically and making friends.

i would give the school a 4 or 5 because the teacher is very caring and repsonsive. My kiddo is in the special needs which he needed bc he has so many extra therapies he needed to go to. Mon-thur 10-12. she spends almost 1/2 hour on growth and mindset. they use IXL for a lot of activities especially homework. I dont like that part. there were many many onboarding calls and presentations all promised extra-curricular ad 12 noon for an hour in art, music, health, pe,coding. I kept trying to get in they told me the classes would begin soon. From August to october b4 they started. then they told me bc he is in SN he could not attend. He is very high functioning taught himself computer coding, piano, and he creates things with his hands. he was duped we were duped, bait and switched. I asked for someone to call me they wanted me to talk to a parent advisor. he was disappointed and bored. they pared him a 5th grader with 2,3 graders that are not high functioning. she has to spend lots of time with them ad my kiddo is just bored. She says he's not paying attention but he's complaining that her content is not fun! her videos she chooses are 'boring' so i end up having to figure out how to compensate. his scoring in math is lower in some cases then when i was educating him myself. I would send my kiddo here again but i will move him to the regular curriculum this is just not working. he is getting very irritated. I also hate that they only give 15 minutes every 9 weeks to communicate the progress of your student. i do not know in. advance what the syllabus will be. they plan as they go. He is going to a reading pathologist to help him with comprehension. I do not like that i cannot communicate for 45 min about my kiddo. We need that and a goal sheet plan for making him better. That does not happen here. it 650 a month for 2 hours a day. 6 students. they should reduce the pricing or increase the learning to 2.5 hours a day.

I love how easily children connect with children especially in their uniqueness that public school don't contribute to. I love how my child made friends from different parts of the world and thier friendship continues even after school. Brilliant Microschools was the first and best choice I made for my student. His growth in social emotional skills grew tremendously because of BMS gentle understanding of children's diversity of uniqueness and helps them blossom from it.

Our family has had an incredible experience with Brilliant Microschools. Three of our four children currently attend, one will be graduating this year, and our fourth will be enrolling next year. After several years with this school, we truly consider it part of our extended family and plan to stay until all of our children graduate.

A very special shout out to Ms. Bee, who teaches two of our kids. She has taken the time to genuinely get to know our children and our family, and the level of care she shows every day is remarkable. Around our house she’s affectionately known as “Auntie Bee” because that’s exactly how she feels to our family.

We also greatly appreciate the parent support team, who consistently communicate classroom updates and reach out quickly whenever anything comes up. That level of communication makes parents feel involved and supported.

The administration has also been fantastic. They are responsive, supportive, and truly care about the students and families they serve.

All of our children have special needs and struggled in traditional public school environments. Since enrolling here, they’ve received the support, patience, and individualized attention they needed to succeed. The difference has been incredible, our kids are not just doing well, they are thriving.

We are extremely grateful for the teachers, staff, and leadership who make this school such a positive place for families like ours.

Brilliant Minds is a blessing in disguise. My son is mid year with Brilliant Minds as a sophomore and he loves it. He actually wants to go to school and learn. He has a great teacher with an excellent curriculum that actually interests him. Thank you Brilliant Minds!

Our experience has been amazing since the first phone call. Explained our sins situation, they said they could work with him. I was actually thinking "yeah right they all say that" But it's been amazing for him. He actually loves his teacher and is learning. No more fighting to get him to go to school. We offered to let him go to a private school with his friend and he said no. Mrs. Kraft really takes the time to work with each child's needs everyday. She works to diffuse issues among students fairly and effectively. She is absolutely amazing.
