I looked at several companies and Brilliant Grades had the best price and terms of service. The setup process was easy and our tutor was knowledgeable and worked well with my son. I would recommend this service.

We have been enrolled with Brilliant Microschool for about 4 months and our experience thus far has been BRILLIANT! What's even more important is seeing my kiddo excited and happy about school every day! She is no longer forced to speed up and move on to a new concept until she understands what she is learning. This gives her so much more confidence and eliminates her anxiety. A big thank you to our teacher and all staff who have been so helpful and supportive!

I GAVE IT 4 STARS BECAUSE BMS THEY HAVENT LISTENT TO ME NOR THE OTHER MOMS IN THE CLASS THAT MY DAUGHTER IS IN. WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED A CERTAIN TEACHER CAN BE IN SUMMER PROGRAM . THEY BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. ALL I GET IS WE WILL SEE WHAT WE CAN DO. BOUNCING AUTISTIC KIDS AROUND IS TRUAMATIZING AND CAUSES MELTDOWNS. MY DAUGHTER TEACHER WANTS TO DO THE SUMMER PROGRAM AND SOMEHOW US MOMS ARE FIGHTING TO GET THE TEACHER ON THE LIST THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NUTS THEY SHOULD LET THIS TEACHER DO THE SUMMER PROGRAM

SHE WILL HAVE HER TEACHER SHE KNOWS AND THE SCHEDULE SHE DOES THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO THE KIDS AND THE MOMS

I like it a lot. They do a great job sending out reminders, calling you if needed and very helpful when needed. B

My daughter is a student. This school has been so good for her. She has severe ADHD and had given up in her previous school. Wasn't attending and had no hope and self-confidence. This school has gradually help her rebuild her self-image and she is flourishing.

We're so grateful for this school, its teachers and its staff.

My daughter hated school before BMS as a result of a combination of ADHD and high anxiety. Today she is thriving in a setting that has acknowledged her differences and adapts scaffolds her learning.
The monthly fields trips have also helped her flourish socially too. She stays after class to chat with friends.

[UPDATE] I was contacted by Claudia, I believe she mentioned her title was Head of the Tutoring side of things. She was very helpful and helped me resolve this with clarity around all my concerns. If you ever have an issue with them, try to get in touch with her. She made all the difference!
I have had a severe dispute with them over the course of three weeks without a satisfactory solution. The dispute is over a series of transactions, specifically, two. My son was receiving tutoring services with this company since August of 2023. In late February, the company notified me that they needed to change the tutor that was servicing my son. The tutor was inconsistent in attendance and often did not show or canceled last minute which led to difficulty making up sessions given our limited scheduling availability. I am currently
owed at least two sessions. The business has refused to provide me with an itemized list of sessions that I have prepaid for and that my son has attended. I have requested that, since they owe me two sessions I requested that they refund $80 for the
cost of the last two sessions that they have billed but are still owed to me.
The business is refusing to provide me with numbers of sessions attended versus paid and only offering additional sessions, which as is I know I am already owed.

My Experience with Brilliant was excellent
Mr. Matthew was excellent with the one of one session with my daughter. Her grade improved so much in math. I am just pausing for now but planning to return in the full. Thank you so much looking forward again.

We had a great experience, my son's schedule was super busy and we were missing sessions. They were as flexible as they could be, allowed us to reschedule whenever possible. My son enjoyed his tutor Matthew!

The quality of tutors is great, my son had tutors in multiple subjects. Very fast customer service.

Brilliant school help my daughter be more focused and helped her develop in her own pace in what she was lacking on in a public and private school.

Our daughter absolutely hated school. Then there was a constant fight about curriculum when we started homeschooling. So I started looking into other options. When I ran across Brilliant Micro School…. It has changed our lives. Our teacher Mr. Seth made Rosie fill comfortable from the beginning. If there was an issue in class he is always quick to handle it. We also love how flexible he is for when we had outside commitments with our co-op & my daughter’s love Dance.

After covid and having some social/emotional difficulties with a traditional school and class room, we brought our daughter to homeschool. But, since we are not teachers, felt she was just doing worksheets all the time. Brilliant Microschool is a great in between!!!

My daughter confidence has buildup on a higher scale than ever before. Brilliant Microschool is the best online learning program I have ever experienced. They are productively engaging in my child's education and I can't express how much I am very impressed with the curriculum they have offered. My daughter's teacher is the best and I wouldn't trade her for another.

Worth every penny! My son was incredibly frusterated, overwhelmed and anxious in public school. He is super social but was not interested in the learning model. He was skeptical of online school after covid but this school and the staff is incredible. Super tech savvy. Cool things to learn about. Real life application. It has changed everything for our family! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

After several years of trying to resolve horrific & abusive public school experiences in Oregon we were desperate for a school option that works for our daughter. Brilliant served to help catch her up over summer and we decided to stay with them. Zero regrets and they’ve helped bridge the 3 year gap public school left us with. Great teachers, creative, amazing communication. Do it!
