Days after the order call stating one in stock damaged several calls and messages left no answer or call back , called again the next day eventually got someone told refund me over a week since ordering no reply to email no refund issued yet again no answer

On line purchase
The ease of purchasing the appliance, a Indesit
clothes dryer, on line. I received a call from the store confirming the purchase, and advising of the delivery date. Delivery only took 2 days. The driver called and pre arranged a time slot, and arrived with the time. The ease of removal of the old appliance. Excellent service from start to delivery.

Good customer service.
Great customer service and delivery of the product, one thing which i didn't like was the installation, paif 50 extra for installation but the person installing the device left it leaking and told me it's my plumber's job to fix, so i installed my self afterwards without any problem at all, just a waste of money for installation.
