Cancelled on the day of the hire
Cancelled on the day of the hire, said that rain prevented them from delivering the bouncy castle that day. That day saw temperatures of 27 degrees from 10am until 8pm. Absolute load of rubbish, I will never use this firm again and I’m just glad bouncing brothers Bristol were able to save the day

Extremely Difficult to Work With.
One of our worst experiences ever. Even goes so low to Slander peoples families with false accusations that we kill small children. Police had to be notified Owner was that Bad. I don't go round leaving bad reviews but he needs sorting himself out as very poor business minded.

They cancelled on me 5 days before party!!
We had planned to have a picachu visit for my son's 5th birthday party this weekend. They sent me an email yesterday to cancel this visit as somehow the costume is beyond repair. Instead of offering another mascot they send a formal email to cancel. I am a working mother and then had to spend all of yesterday trying to find an alternative. They gave me suggested alternative companies based in Lincoln ( I'm Cardiff) and one that said Bristol , contact us for other locations. If the issue was with the one outfit I'd expect them to offer and engage on an alternative mascot. My son was not stuck on picachu. Their website says "Our Mission: To provide top-quality entertainment and exceptional service, creating memorable experiences with mascot visits in Bristol and surrounding areas". This cannot be the case when you cancel on a 5 year old 5 days before his party. He was born in lockdown and didn't have people visiting, let alone parties.

Hired a package for my sons 5th…
Hired a package for my sons 5th birthday it was fantastic, from set up to removal it could not of been easier. Friendly and very helpful and the kids had an amazing time, will definitely be using again
