The cider arrived on time but I was not informed of the progress of the parcel.

Good selection of 6 ciders, 5 of which I have not had before but all were great.

My Dad liked his gift so all good from the main perspective. Processes maybe need improving for setting specific dates or dates in the future as delivery day because Dad didn’t get it before Xmas despite me ordering months earlier and requesting delivery closer to Xmas . It was closer to Xmas - just wrong side of it😁 But other than it being overlooked which I can let go as likely due to pre Xmas busyness, was all good . Despatched as soon as I reminded and all communication professional

Only let down was Parcelforce who claimed they attempted a delivery despite nothing captured on the doorbell camera, they successfully delivered it on the next day

No matter what companies strive to achieve, they are at the mercy of delivery companies which is almost always the worst part of the service and out of the hands of the company

My parcel was supposedly delivered to a neighbour a week ago, no card was left and I could not tell from the poor photo where it has been delivered. I have emailed on a number of occasions to request a refund and have had no response.

You let me know early about Advent Calendar, so I could order it before you ran out. But you delivered it almost too soon - a clear month before the recipient could start drinking it for Advent! He is struggling not to start too early!
