I hope more people check trustpilot before they spend on these fly by night internet shops with their legitimate sounding names and fancy websites. They are almost invariably a scam. I ordered an L and XL jacket. An S and XS were delivered. When trying to return I got about 7 AI responses telling me first 5%, then 10%, then 25% discount if I kept the items and finalky they said I would not be allowed to return at all. I contacted my credit card company and sent them the email thread and got a charge back. This site trades as Fashionista EU and is based in the Netherlands. Avoid at all costs. Them and any of the punch sounding, crisp looking clothing sites that pop up. They are scams for poor quality clothing that costs a fraction of what they charge.

My husband bought a jacket from this so-called company he received a totally different jacket to what he ordered and they are saying he can’t get a refund and they won’t exchange it, so their policy is rubbish they are just liars and thieves so please do not order from the company.

Worst company ever. Bad communication, vague responses about delivery which took over one month, undisclosed information that warehouse is in China, wrong item sent, didn't want to give me the refund. AVOID at all costs

They sent me wrong size item after long wait. I asked for exchange or full refund and they only offered partial refund. I told them item was no use as wrong size due to their error but still only offered partial refund. AVOID at all costs. Scam site.

Avoid at all costs. Fake website claims such as no-nonsense return policies and quality but unwilling to provide return address and just offer derisory partial refunds. Your item will eventually arrive weeks later but Quality cheaper than Temu at a premium price in Chinese sizing.

There is a company masquerading as having 4.6 score on trust pilot trading under Britannialane.com but there is no profile here on Trustpilot so looks every inch a scam. Beware.
