Great service. Pre-journey information outlines the car, driver and pick up place which was very comforting. Driver arrived perfectly on time despite a very uncivilized hour! Polite, clean and efficient service.

Always excellent service
I have been using British Airport Transfers for 15 years and the drivers are always reliable, polite and efficient. They always monitor flights for both delays or early landings and it really gives me peace of mind at the end of a long journey to know they'll be there to meet me at the airport and get me home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Top-tier service from Gatwick to North London! The meet and greet was seamless—my driver was waiting exactly where they said they’d be with a clear name sign, which took all the stress out of landing. The car was pristine and the drive home to North London was smooth and professional. Worth every penny for the peace of mind.

I had a great experience with this taxi company. Booking was easy, the driver arrived right on time, and the car was spotless. The driver was professional, polite, and drove safely, which made the trip really comfortable. The price was fair and transparent. This is easily one of the most reliable taxi services I’ve used—will be recommending to friends and family!

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Very easy to book on their website, good price and received a confirmation email immediately. Received a further text nearer the journey time with all the drivers details, then a text from the driver to let me know he was on his way. Turned up on the right side of early, helpful and helped with luggage both ends. Excellent, safe driver. I will definitely use them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely terrible unprofessional and disrespectful people. We had to wait for them to turn up for almost an hour at the busiest airport with sick baby little child and 4 suitcases. Because our flight was delayed for 30 mins they decided not to meet us despite 1h of waiting time was included in their price. Not even a word of apology just offered us to wait or find another taxi by ourselves. Absolute joke!

disgraceful customer service, illegitimate over-charging
i booked by entering an address into their website, the website autofilled one option, and then when i was in the car and the driver started deviating from what i knew to be the route, i asked if there was traffic and he said no and i queried the destination. their map had given the wrong destination, i gave the right one and the driver finally changed direction and went there. before i'd even unpacked, their office had charged a huge extra sum to my credit card. i followed up several times, sent screenshots etc and they refused to acknowledge their error at all. the credit card company fortunately realised that it was THEIR error and refunded me, but they were an absolute disgrace handling this and i'd warn everyone to avoid them completely.

I can’t believe how low the average is on here, based on our experience.
We booked a transfer from Gatwick to Heathrow on Sunday 11 August. We were given the details for our driver, Ali, the day before. Ali sent us a message advising of his ETA. He arrived early and called us but we weren’t ready so he waited.
He was so polite and helpful and - most importantly - a great, sensible driver.
We will certainly use British Airports Transfers in the future and I hope we’re lucky enough to get Ali again.
