British builders managed to sort out a pest controller to get rid of a wasp nest for us and it was done very quickly and professionally.

Spoke to Mark , who was rates was completive. Arranged a visit and the job for complete new roof was booked in and completed within 2 days. The boys completed the work they were friendly and polite and worked really hard . Mam liked the finish and the roof looks great! Just waiting for the rainy season now to see if any leaks . Overall, a very satisfied customer and would recommend . Mark helped my mum out too. Really appreciate your work Mark . Thank you and to the boys .

British builders got a plumber (external) to come out to us last night to fix a few issues within the property that yorkshire water would not touch. Tony was an outstanding fella and got the job done especially at 11pm in a quiet area. Alex (property manager) had lack of communication of understanding the issues here and there but thats understandable, tony helped clear some clarifications. Thanks again Tony n British builders for the help.

Door lock failed after getting home from work. Couldn’t lock the door. Sent locksmith out within 2 hours. Lovely guy. Door fixed and works great. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Called the emergency helpline on the weekenr and got a phone call a few minutes later. All relevant information was asked promptly and sent to the relevant team. One of the on duty - employees - Adam Walker was lovely and friendly.

Alex Smith (project manager) has been outstanding with helping me with my emergency repair, always happy to answer the phone and make sure the job has been done right. Called me to make sure everything was okay. Honest and reliable . Recommend to anyone who needs speedy and efficient service . :)
