I placed an order with British pride on 10th Feb 2026.
This item has not been received and they want feedback.
Royal mail tracking says only updates when they try to deliver which they have not.
Numerous emails sent no response, although they say they reply within 24 hours this is 3 days ago.
They have taken money and not interested now.
Will never use again they should be ashamed of themselves. Any help would be appreciated please.

Product arrived dirty, and photos of items extremely misrepresented. Product substandard. When I contacted the company for a refund, I was offered 6GBP, when I declined, I was told that I can no longer return the order to the original place of origin, but it will cost me more, due to now having to ship to China. In reading the ad, it states they are a small mom and pop shop and helping veterans. Obviously lies. This company customer service disgusts me. I would love to see a report showing exactly how much money is actually being used to assist veterans. They should be shut down. Also note that the name of the company has a number…. It keeps changing. Britainpride6, Britainpride7, etc.

I have already reported on TrustPilot and since then I have had a reply from BritishPride..... eventually!!!
They have acknowledged that my order has gone astray and told me that "the fulfillment team to resend my order as soon as possible". My initial order's dispatch confirmation email was dated the 3rd of June 2025.
I haven't yet had any further communication from them in spite of sending them two emails.
If it was possible to give a minus star rating to this Company for communicating and action I would.
