The logs are dry. A good size. Burn well and even. No sooty door. Kick out a lot of heat. A good price.
We used the crate for kindling. Delivered exactly where we asked for them to be placed. Our neighbours lent us their barrow, we gifted them some logs they now order from BRN. Customer service is by far the best I have received in ages, thanks especially to Nancy who is a credit to the team and went way out of her way for us. The solution was swift and sorted (there was a fire and our logs got ruined) Nancy was honest and reliable in her words and actions.

Excellent quality wood and excellent service from BRF, they are a very efficient thorough company. Very quick turn around. I ordered the wood and within 3 days it was delivered. Definitely get my wood from this company next year.

As a wood fired business we rely on a good supplier of kiln dried firewood that is of sound quality. British renewable fuels bend over backwards to help us run our business effectively. The wood is of high quality with an excellent burn time. We've already recommended them to other local businesses and we will continue to work with them. Highly satisfied.

Ordered a pallet of logs via ebay. Communications with the company were excellent and the pallet arrived promptly, was densely packed and well packaged. Logs burn very well on out logburner.

Excellent amount of premium logs at a great price. Delivered tightly in a sealed pallet. Logs burn well, the first that is currently on the fire is still burning after two hours

I saw British Renewable Fuels on Facebook and contacted Steve with some questions which he answered very quickly. I ordered a pallet of birch the next morning and again he acknowledged the order by return. The pallet was delivered to me in Scotland a week later with a little gift. I would certainly say this is a very good and reliable company and will certainly use them again. It is so nice to see a company with so much interest in there customers. Ten out of ten. 😀😀

All now stacked and looking like a Nordic idyll ! Your logs are a huge improvement in temperature / burn duration and soot over the non-kiln dried alternative. Even the delivery crate has been useful - as a garden composter! Helpful / friendly service throughout the whole experience. Thank you.

I purchased a pallet of logs from BRF and the service was simply faultless.

I had used them before for a smaller netting order and decided to get a larger batch for the winter.

Steve and his team kept me updated throughout the entire process and gave a very specific window as to when the order would be delivered so I could make arrangements to receive and unload.

The moisture content was exactly as described, there was a good selection of log sizes and they burn brilliantly.

Needless to say I won’t be going anywhere else for my orders in the future.

Larger than normal pallet of kiln dried Ash logs. Also included kindling and fire lighters. Had a minor glitch with delivery but the customer service is second to none. Steve (business owner) could not been more helpful and accommodating. Will definately use again. Thoroughly recommend.
