​I recently used British Transfer for a journey from Gatwick Airport to Victoria Station, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was seamless, professional, and stress-free.
​I want to give a special mention to my driver, Luxman. He was punctual, incredibly polite, and a true professional. Not only was he an excellent driver who made me feel safe throughout the trip, but his kindness and helpful attitude really stood out. It’s rare to find such high-quality service where every detail is taken care of with such care.

Easy to follow website and book. Driver was early and made telephone contact. Vehicle was immaculate. Driver was friendly, polite and handled luggage. Arrived at destination safely after an enjoyable journey. A first class service

My pickup destination was Luton Airport and I was surprised to see the driver on time with the best service.

When I booked with British Transfers, the driver came to pick me up on time, and the prices were very affordable. The driver was extremely friendly when I was provided with the meet and greet service and I was astonished by the overall quality of the service given to me.

Booked a Gatwick transfer for friend, on evening before flight. Confirmation received on website, but next morning there was a message about billing problem, so phoned to repay with different card. Confirmed payment was successful.

However when departing at airport, the driver was abusive to the passenger, an elderly tourist who spoke no English, yelling and screaming, presumably demanding cash.

Called to complain afterwards, and it turns out BOTH payments were good. Problem on their system. Refund was given for second overpayment. But terrible customer service by aggressive driver towards blameless passenger, left feeling embarrassed and upset.
