Britwardrobe doesn't deliver what is ordered.

I just received my order for a Men's Scotland Printed polo. What a disappointment. It arrived wadded up in a tiny plastic bag from China. I know because of the Chinese writing all over the package. The shirt looks nothing like the photo I based my purchase decision on. The quality of material is poor as is the construction of the shirt. It was marketed as 'cotton blend' when it is, in fact, made of polyester. And there is no Scottish flag on the sleeve either.The color of the shirt is also much darker than the one I ordered. The picture and description of the shirt misrepresents what was delivered. What I should have done was check out the reviews of your company, which is my fault. I was excited to get the shirt I saw, and what I got was a scam costing me $30. Either you aren't aware of what is coming out of your factory in China, or worse, you do know. And to make things even more questionable, I was charged in British pounds, from an American company, with the product being made in China.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed with this purchase. The T-shirt is nothing like the product that was advertised. The listing clearly states that the design is embroidered, but what I received is a cheap print on very thin, poor-quality fabric.

The product is misleading and nowhere near the quality shown in the advertisement. I’m glad I only ordered one shirt. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

Nothing like advertised shirts...

Nothing like the advertised T shirt. Bought 2 Scotland shirts, wasted my money here... Terrible quality and advert specifically states embroidered shirt. They’re poorly printed on thin material. Never again.

Update 4/7/26:
Had contact last week with this company again and they claim to have refunded me, and they asked me to write a better review because they will refund me.. contacted them 2 days ago again because I still haven’t received anything. They claim to have send it but I guess this my money is gone and this company is a complete scam.

Packet cole from china.
Very poor quality. Only printing on T-shirt. Not the good coulour ...
Just receveur and directly put in the dustbin! .

Another Chinese company pretending to be British

This is obviously a chinese company - poor website (rely on english to Mandarin translation and they provided me proof of that). They cannot determine the difference between shipping address and billing address and have been back and forth with me as I try to send a gift. What gets me the most is they are charging UK pricing for a chinese manfactured product - a scam in itself. What happened to full disclosure of where a company is formed!
