this building is beautiful once finished but way harder than any lego i've done. took forever to finish and cost a bit too much.

The shittiest company I had to deal with EVER! They send me a Lego -type set with MISSING PARTS and then Refused to replace the set or to send me a refund!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! EVER EVER EVER!!!!

Love the dark romance art style of this building block set! It's pretty flimsy though. Every time I tried to snap pieces together, another part would pop off and I'd have to restart. so frustrating.

The light up feature on this set is a nice touch for my collection. Unfortunately, I had some missing pieces in my box. Good thing I had spares from other building blocks or I'd be stuck.

Decent price and the finished building block looks great on the shelf, but man, it's fragile. You have to be super careful because pieces just snap off if you touch them wrong.

If you like the darker aesthetic, this building block set is awesome to put together. only reason it isn't 5 stars is because the box arrived all banged up and it wasn't the delivery guy's fault.

honestly the build was fun and i liked the subject matter but $80 for these building blocks is a total rip off. definitely should have been priced around 40 bucks instead

The cats look nothing like their website.
They state a 100% refund if your not happy and you get this automatic response:

No where on the product page or the home page does it state "It is clearly stated on the website that there may be a difference between the received goods and the pictures."

Ive logged a refund request with them and with PayPal either way I am getting my money back.

Ordered a brick cat. Arrived late. Model was completely different to website. Instructions were terrible. Packaging was appalling. Their 100% refund guarantee is worthless. DO NOT USE.

Ordered a highland cow at £36 and it arrived after an email saying it would be delayed.I opened the box and started to build what turned out to be a cheap version of one and nothing like the picture advertised.I contacted them and showed them the pictures stating I was not happy.They then stated it states on the website that it items might not look exactly like shown .I replied that it also stated on their website a 100% refund if not happy with your item.I got another reply offering me 10% of what I paid, so again I have sent a reply asking for the full refund to which I'm entitled,let's see if I get a reply as I also treated them with action fraud and posting all over social media that their website is a scam.

Item is not as pictured. Had purchased another set and it was fine. But this one, not close other than it was a cat. I will not be purchasing from them again. Seems like this is a common occurrence. Very disappointed. Will stick with regular Legos from here out.

Bought a “Lego” Demogorgon for my son. Was nothing like the picture on their website or even like the image on the instructions enclosed. Also took ages to arrive and box was unprotected and squashed. Total scam.

Total bait and switch, the models are nothing like the ones they advertised. Beware!
Very low quality

After a 4 week delay, the Maine Coon cat model I received was NOTHING like the image advertised on their website. The quality was extremely poor. I complained and was told that ‘it clearly states that products may differ from the image’. This company is run by con artists with clever marketing and awful products.

They send a product that simply did not in any way match the item advertised. Facebook did nothing even after me reporting the scam. They offered me a 10% refund to which I told them where to put it.. Do no order from this company they are awful and couldn't spell customer service let alone show some.

UPDATE - Still no refund a week on from when they were issuing it. Brixzo haven’t responded to Paypal and seeing the reviews on here it seems to be a complete scam. BE AWARE!

Made a purchase and emailed to cancel a day later. Was questioned WHY we wanted to cancel and then received automated emails. Opened a Paypal dispute and now they are saying…..
“We apologize for the unpleasant experience. Because our colleagues were unable to process orders over the weekend, we planned to process the refund on Monday. However, we found that you had submitted a case, so processing was temporarily suspended. have a nice day”
So have escalated the Paypal case for further action. Extremely poor customer service on such a simple thing to do - BE AWARE!

Scam. Never received product. Contacted them 3 weeks after never seeing the tracking update from leaving china. Respond to me with a new tracking id and link. Link took me to a scam website saying I had a circus on my computer. Was using my phone so
