Ordered for my boyfriend’s 25th birthday, we currently both live in Australia, Simon was very helpful with answering all my questions and the shipping was quicker than expected. Came across these watches and wanted to order one, but I am in the US and shipping was pretty steep. I emailed Simon and asked if they had any retailers over here potentially so that I could save a little on the watch that I wanted. Figured it was a long shot, but hey I had nothing to lose. I got a very quick reply, might have even been the same day or the next day even, and had stated that they do not have any retailers over here but will work with me in that regard. I was so thankful that he not only got back to me so quickly, but presented me with an offer I could not pass up. I immediately bought the watch and 48 hours later it was on my doorstep over here in the US. Could not have asked for better customer service! I love the watch, I wear it daily and have gotten numerous compliments from coworkers and friends. The packaging it comes with is a great touch as well, I kept it in my nightstand drawer as keepsake. I would, and probably will, gladly purchase another from Broad & Swan.

I just received my Captains dive watch. I am really pleased with my purchase. I am a watch collector and must say the quality of this watch is amazing. I have watches worth far more than this one and this compares very favourably with those. I can see this being one of my favourites. As far as dive watches go , this is probably the most elegant one I have ever seen. It can be worn at any occasion.
During the process I really appreciated the personal touch Simon provides, which assured me I had made the right choice. The watch arrived very promptly, and very well packaged in a beautiful blue box. I already have my eye on another watch from the collection.

I bought the Jack Red Gold and Blue edition after seeing Simon’s posts on LinkedIn.

After browsing the website, it was a clear choice for me as I was looking for something simple, minimalist yet elegant to wear to business meetings and social events.

After placing my order, I had an e-mail from Simon to thank me for the purchase and he notified that I didn’t use the 10% discount that was on offer, and did I want it.

Within a few days, the watch was dispatched and I was able to track my delivery through the links on the e-mail.

Once it arrived, I was most impressed with the quality of the packaging and the personalised note that came with it, very nice touch!!!!!

I've had the watch for a few weeks now and it fits like a an absolute dream and looks exactly how it appears online, very impressive and have had many comments on the classiness of the product.

Simon followed up to see how I was getting on with my watch and it certainly won’t be the last watch I either buy or ask as a gift from Broad & Swan and have my eyes on a new on for my Birthday in Feb!
