Since Adrian retired this company has gone downhill. No response to emails- have been waiting over 5 weeks for someone to get back to me about my accounts. Last year I gave my company account details well in advance and they left it until the day before the deadline to submit- and that was only after countless emails and calls from myself. Awful

One phone call with a hundred questions from myself turned into everything being sorted and set up within hours. Amir answered all my questions straight away and explained everything from start to finish. He kept me updated at every stage via email. I couldn’t ask for a better service!

Can’t fault broadbents, they deliver on what you need, then some!
