I agree with all the other reviews. I bought the Broadwave Antenna last month in June. It took a while to arrive even though payment was taken from my bank immediately. As everyone says, pure rubbish. The price is extortionate & misleading. I thought I was buying something for £39.99, then shipping added on & THEN tax calculated on the total (instead of tax calculated just on the item), totalling a ridiculous £51. I went with it due to the good reviews on their site, obviously fake. Reception and interference very very bad, basically it does not work. I emailed 2 days later requesting a refund as the antenna not fit for purpose. I got an email with trouble shooting ideas.. like I hadn't tried those already. I requested a refund again, a second and now third time. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't bothered to respond, so clearly this a complete rip-off and scam as someone else pointed out. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have bought another aerial - a type which I have used previously (why did I waste my money on Broadwave?!) which cost £7.99 and works perfectly!

Poor service poor shipping dam I been waiting 8 days and it still not left the warehouse bad for business quick taking the money but not quick at sending out and it was false advertising when I paid for it wouldn't recommended those company

Terrible, this product is pure garbage. It does not work and customer service is horrible. they wont even refund, want you to pay for return shipping for something that does not work. Make sure you buy something fro a legitimate store, not China

BEWARE!!!! This is a SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I purchased this antenna, and I tried it on 3 different TVs. I got ZERO channels with this antenna. It doesn't work. (DO NOT PURCHASE!!) I contacted customer support and asked for a full refund. Customer support gave me a resolution of "we will give you 20% of your money back and I can keep the garbage antenna". So hopefully some people read this review before they get scammed like I did. Customer support people were Levi and Piol. They are probably fake names as well!!!

It took over 3 weeks to get because it ships from China. Paid 12.95 shipping. Received, and it did not work at all. No power, no channels. Contacted them to find out that I had to pay 12.95 plus 5.00 for shipping and handling which is ridiculous for a cheap plastic defective item.

Ordered Broadwave antenna on their Web site. Then I was going to edit my address and before I even started they already put in my order without my final confirmation. Then to my surprise they added on top of $39.95 a total of $55.02. I feel that their presentation was deceiving. Found out Amazon sells it for $20. Avoid Broadwave web site.
