De kleding is fantastisch maar het gaat…
The clothes are fantastic, but the way things are handled is very sloppy. I’ve ordered from them twice; the first time, I had to wait three months for my order. Of course, Broken Society can’t help it if a package gets lost in the mail. However, because so much time had passed, the shirt I had originally ordered was sold out. I was really frustrated by this. In my opinion, the issue could have been resolved sooner; my package had been stuck at customs since June 1st, yet they didn't take action until mid-July.
Despite this experience, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed a second order. That went wrong too... After placing the order, there was radio silence for two weeks. I didn't receive a confirmation email, even though I had already paid. After two weeks, I sent an email and—you guessed it—another shirt was sold out. I had only ordered two shirts and didn't want to pay such high shipping costs (€12.99) for just one, so I asked if I could pick a different one. That was possible, but they had already refunded the money to my account (which was €7 short, so I had to chase that up too). After some back-and-forth emailing, I specified which shirt I wanted instead. The shirt was added to the order (I had to pay shipping costs again—which I *again* had to chase up), and to my utter amazement, it was the wrong shirt. By this point, I was absolutely furious; I mean, how hard can it be? Eventually, it was all sorted out, but the whole process took another month.
The clothes are fantastic, mind you, but ordering from here causes me a huge amount of stress. So much goes wrong, and resolving a complaint takes ages. If you have a lot of patience and love great clothes, then by all means order here... but if you don't want to wait months for your clothes, I definitely wouldn't order from them!
