As part of Yandex's Migros discount code campaign, we opened an account with my wife's mobile phone number and completed the verification process. As a condition of the campaign, we used Yandex as the default search engine in Google Chrome on both our Windows and Android devices for over a week. Despite this, we were not provided with the 150 TL Migros discount code promised through the campaign.

I contacted Yandex customer service to report the issue, and a support ticket was opened with Ticket #25073021224446527. However, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to send a screenshot. Since screen recordings are not available for 72 hours as required by the campaign, this request is unrealistic and unsolvable.

I demand a resolution to my grievance and the swift delivery of the Migros discount code we are entitled to under the campaign. I also request a clear and satisfactory explanation of the campaign terms and conditions and the process.

Yandex browser is very fast🤗,I can say its fast just like the famous Google chrome browser because its based on blink and chromium. I know Its origin is Russia but even so i think we can safely use it because even if some of our data is collected by russia🙄 google chrome also do the same thing but they deliver it to usa😒.Just like chrome it also collects some data from its user to improve their feature.This browser is customizable and it has built in adblocker,translator and few more extension which always come in handy when i need it.It also support chrome and opera extension which is really helpful .This browser also has good protection feature just as good as mozila firfox or edge browser.You can say its a more advanced google chrome browser with many exclusive feature for customization.I highly recommend it if you are not using google chrome or mozila because this browser has the potential to rival them.

Its a decent browser but I have a problem, the automatic translate is not working and due to that I give a 4 star

Хорошая замена хрому, имхо, т.к. если вы пользуетесь сервисами от яндекс, то этот браузер, лучше всего дополнит вашу работу и удобство в использовании.

Lot useless plugins and addons that could be hardly deleted even after totally erasing the browser... No way I will recommend it...

Excellent webbrowser in my opinion, and the support service has shown great too.

I needed a browser to supplement/be an alternative to Chrome that I usually use, as Chrome's translate-page feature had suddenly failed on the pages that I needed it to translate.

Yandex was the only one of the browsers that I tried which had a native translate-page option at all. And even though it lacked the option, which I needed for my purpose; to choos the translate-from language, in case it differs from the default language of the webpage, their support service was very quick to reply to my request, with a response that clearly demonstrated that they had actually taken the time to read and understand what it was I was asking.. - which in my experience is rare.

Therefor an all good experience from me, and they deserve the good review.
