Very pleased! Have purchased 3 dresses at different times and very happy with fit, looks and material. Will order more!

The shipment was relatively prompt. I am in love with one of the items. The customer service was fantastic. Really first-rate.

Cheap overseas product.
I received two of the three items ordered, neither of them were as pictured.
I'm not even going to try returning because when they sent an email for me to fill out a review I pressed the angry face and all my emails from them disappeared! Poof like that.
This is a scam, this company is good with tech but bad with customer service.
Don't waste your money.

Browwin is not a reputable company. I ordered two dresses total final cost $93.
As usual I did expect a long wait to receive it. When "a" delivery came, it was empty. It did not have "Browwin" as a return address. So, not thinking about it, I threw away the empty bag. A few DAYS later, I recd an email from Browwin stating the delivery was successful. Immediately sent communication. They keep requesting a picture of the empty package. There are MANY fashion clothes companies as this, but NEVER have I not recd the items! Do not order from THIS company. You probably will never see this review due to the "edit police".🤣

Browwin is very deceiving in their advertisements about where the clothes come from and the return policy. Clothes are made and shipped from India, sizes smaller than normal & very thin. Policy states free returns in 30 days yet when you try to return you can't. The first email I received after asking for a return form was 'take a photo of you wearing the clothes and send it to us.' ARE YOU KIDDING! No you will not get a refund. Never again!

This dress is really unique and fits perfectly. Quite long, so if you are of small stature choose carefully

Ordered 2 dresses, they claimed they shipped but didnt deliver package to shipping company for 2 1/2 weeks. Once received one dress was ok, the other wasn't. Asked to return, answer we dont make mistakes. Never heard from again. Con artists stealing money.

Ordered two dresses, both were cheap quality that I would not wear out of the house. Shipped from NJ but when I requested a refund on my $79.99 purchase they first wanted to give my $16.00 then $24.00. The last offer was $40.00 and I could keep the garbage they called dresses. I tried to get full refund but would have to ship back to Dubia. Do not order from this scam company.

Great selection. Love the styles. Sizing varies somewhat. Shipping was super SLOW - over six weeks. Really need to swap out a couple of items for different sizes, but afraid of the hassle.

It took a month to receive my order. The dresses looked nothing like the pictures. The fabric was thin and cheap. Sizes were not accurate. It was like wearing a patterned trashbag. All around disaster. Tried to return and fought with the company for almost 2 months to only get HALF of my $123 I paid back.

I WILL NEVER ORDER CLOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. First of all, read their return policy. Their website advertises "FREE RETURNS" Of the three items I received, there was only one that I wanted to keep. The color of the dress was not at all that was pictured in ad; the black and white two piece outfit was NOT black and white. After reading return policy thoroughly, I decided to only deal with the black and white item. After back and forth via email and including a picture of what I received and an original from their ad, I first received a reply offering me $9 to keep the item (the item was $58 + tax). I kindly wrote back and was offered $18 to keep the item due to high cost of postage. After several emails, I indicated that I would file a dispute with my credit card company. Finally I received a credit of $60 agreeing to keep all three items. Yesterday, I donated the black and white two piece to a local shelter. BEWARE BEFORE ORDERING FROM BROWWIN.

Do not order from co. And do not do any calls with refund number. Hacked our account. Authorities involved now. Good Lord above stay away from this horrific place!

I would say that my only disappointment was how long it took to get my order. Unfortunately the event that I purchased the dresses for passed before I received them. Otherwise good experience.

The clothes are of great quality but 4 out of the 7 items didn't fit. Needed to size up.

I love my dress. The colors were as expected. The fit was true to size and complementary of my figure. I like the material. Can't wait to wear it out in public.

I am totally disappointed with my purchase. It does not look anything like the advertisement picture and the dress is very cheaply made. I tried emailing Browwin several times to request a return exchange service authorization to no avail. The phone number does not include an area code so there is virtually no other way to contact the company. I have definitely learned my lesson. I will never order clothing online again…
