We have proudly catered for multiple Fortune 500 companies including ThermoFisher Scientific, Saint Gobain, Sony, Home Depot, Airbnb, and Viacom. And, we have catered on (and for) some of the most prestigious golf courses in America including Tetherow (2025 winner of Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Award), Brasada Ranch, Pronghorn, Eagle Crest, Sunriver, and Black Butte Ranch, Bruneau’s was established at the beginning of the mobile food truck wave as one of the original food carts in the very popular mountain town of Bend, Oregon on the West Coast. Now based in the Tri-Cities near Johnson City, Bruneau’s caters for private events in Northeast Tennessee and Western North Carolina. And, travels up and down the east coast from Florida to Pennsylvania for large festivals and events. With experience catering in the Film/TV Industry for MTV, Paramount Pictures, and Viacom, Bruneau's is a preferred vendor for the Tennessee Film Commission. For major high-volume Festivals & Events we only serve Authentic Philly Cheese Steaks and Traditional Greek Gyros (the mouth-watering food that put us on the map!) But, for select catered events we will finely tune and craft a delectable menu that goes well beyond serving our tried and true famous sandwiches Our simple but awesome menu was designed by a Philly Native, so when we say “Authentic” …we mean AUTHENTIC Philly Cheese steaks. Made with delectable ingredients, our sandwiches consistently win rave reviews.
