IT'S A BIG FRAUD COMPANY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER OF USD 229.84 VIDE ORDER #RB7144 SINCE 22ND DEC 2024. THEY DID NOT REPLY TO THE MAIL GIVEN TO THEM ASKING FOR THE ORDER STATUS. DONT FALL IN THEIR TRAP.

I ordered an item named Langford Mont Wool Jacket on 8th November 2024 and for which I paid USD 94.96. This order has not been delivered till date, about 4 months. Till end of January, whenever I wrote a message to them, there was stereotype response, however, when I tried to send them a message on 1st February 2025, there was barrage of Draft mails (over 200 drafts). It seems, they have ability to hack customer accounts and create nuisance so that you don't communicate with the. I still see them selling their products online. Please DO NOT order anything. BRUNO AMALFI is a SCAM, it's a FRAUD. Don't deal with them at all.

This company is totally scam! I order cardigan cashmere sweater on Dec 2 and untill now I haven't received anything. I send email to customer service but referring me for nothing in their website under maintenance 🤷‍♂️.

This company is a fraud and is just scamming people. My husband ordered shoes from this site since November 2024 and each time he inquires about the product, he was told he should receive the item in 5-15 days after a 1-5 processing time and that the item was in transit. this is a complete fraud! Something needs to happen to these crooks!

This is absolute Scam!!! How can we raise a complaint at international fraudulent court? It’s more than 3 months now since I ordered my goods but the scammers have stupid reverts. Need to take such fraudulent to international court and the culprits should be fined and penalized appropriately!!

How should we get our money back is it way or no ?

Definite fraud. Website now dissapeared and all adds been remved from Instagram. If you have an outstanding delivery, it's very unlikely you will get it. Avoid!

Ordered a product no merchandise, no shipping data provided. Sara as they call themselves answering email with out real information

Ordered a product 11/16. As of 12/23, no merchandise, and only canned/bot responses from the company, with no shipping data provided.

Facebook bears some responsibility here too, as it was on that platform that I learned about this company, and from Facebook that I was redirected to the company website.

I will be challenging the credit card charge and lodging a complaint with the German consumer protection agency.

DO NOT USE!! This company is a SCAM...WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR SHOES. They only answered emails with a canned BS response. We requested tracking numerous times then finally money back....With the same response as always.

Fraud / Scam.

Been over 6 weeks. They’ve charged but not sent the product. No updates. No reponse.

I am planning to write to MasterCard/ Visa / Amex to notify them so that they can look into it and demonetise them.

Shall see if I can complain to EU consumer court too. It’s a matter of principle.

I would give e Bruno Amalfi a zero review if I could. After five weeks and 10 emails to customer service the refused to offer a refund when I didn't receive my order. Nor could they provide proof of shipment or delivery. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Gutted I didn't check TP before I ordered. Item never showed. No refund
