Brusby Surveyors Ltd Opiniones

Speedy response, great communication and easy to read report. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a property survey.

Comprehensive, clear and well presented survey report, allowing us to make a well informed decision on proceeding confidently with the purchase of the house we have chosen.

Excellent, professional service. We were kept up to date throughout. Thank you for all your help and assistance.

A very professional and personal service from a company that does what it says it will do.
I felt like they went above and beyond to meet our needs.
I highly recommend these people

Professional, Helpful and Polite, Honest and very thorough.

I was a bit sceptical that a Level 2 survey was going to be worth the money but once I saw the final report I was glad I had decided on it. Comprehensive and in depth and I especially liked being informed of areas that needed urgent attention. Alastair was available to discuss any of the contents with me. Make sure you read what the survey includes and decide if it is what you want. I know there won’t be any surprises when I move in.

Having had all our dealings over the phone, I can say Alistair was exceptionally professional, he explained everything clearly, and was flexible and accommodating when we needed him to be.
But much more importantly his report was extremely thorough and in a language we understood. I’d highly recommend him. Thank you

A professional job carried out on our behalf. We were very satisfied with the information/advise provided throughout.

Very thorough report after detailed visit

Very good report, good price. Would recommend.

Firstly, following a telephone conversation and an email, I was advised that a level one survey was sufficient for the apartment that I was buying. I was informed of the date of the survey 2 weeks in advance. The survey was then carried out and I was able to find out the issues that needed to be rectified immediately after the survey had been completed, without having to wait for the written report. This is the second time that I have used Brusby Surveyors and on both occasions I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them!

Alistair went out of his way to be helpful to us. I felt relaxed upon meeting him and was very happy with how thorough the inspection was. His report was excellent and overall I found him to be very efficient and approachable.

An excellent timely service. High professional standards and clients centred advice and information. The report was easy to understand and delivered all I needed to know about the property I was buying.

Booked in for a RICS level 1 survey for our first home, well I was thinking we'd need a level 2 but Alistair reassured me I didn't but can always upgrade if it was necessary. He was very thorough, explained everything really well in the report so it was easy to understand and didn't need the level 2 after all. Very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend.

After having an offer accepted on a house. It was a weekend and I was able to speak with a Chartered Surveyor, Alistair Brusby who then arranged a date when he could do the work for us.
Brusby’s Surveyors found us a date in their very busy schedule.
After Alistair’s visit to the property he called us back to give a quick run through of any details before arranging the Survey Report to be collated.
The Report was crystal clear and Alistair made himself available if we had any uncertainty, this gave us confidence and reassurance of the handling of the Report

This company is efficient, very professional, supportive and pay attention to every detail.
I would recommend if and when you are buying a house to use Brusby Surveyors - Thank you and your team for all of your continued support 🥇

Very thorough report given after surveying our prospective purchase. Happy to answer any queries we had relating to this. Would highly recommend.
