So easy to brew a large amount of kombucha, without attracting fruit flies or any other problems. Each batch turns out perfectly consistent. The flavor options are delicious! Ginger will always be my favorite.

My initial attempt did not go well and the batch turned out flat. I was able to get some guidance from customer service at Bruusta and my next two attempts have been successful with excellent results. The kombucha is flavorful, bubbly, and exactly what I wanted in making my own. The flavor shots are a great addition to making it customizable and different in each glass. I absolutely love the Bruusta!!

Oh, my goodness. Thanks for taking all of the guesswork out with this great product. You have done a great job thinking of everything. I love the app, the convenience of getting a great product with no mess, and, of course, the fantastic kombucha!

Igot my subscription when I postponed it.

It’s just not for me! The constant leaking, no fizz, and hard to open parts.
Most likely the operator not the product but if you have difficulty opening jars (I didn’t think I did), you are not getting the cap off!
Customer service-no complaints.

Love the machine, but the app is clunky and not very easy to navigate or follow the brewing instructions from step-to-step. The “timer” is confusing. Please update.

The longer it sit the better but it went bad because it is Ramadan and i couldnt drink it until i broke my fast after drinking water i was full im going to make another batch soon.

The whole process was absolutely brilliant and fun to do! Id recommend this to anyone getting into kombucha. The flavours are flavorful and delicious and best thing - Bruusta quenches my thirst after a hard day on the spade. 5 stars

I love kombucha but don’t like the high price in stores and definitely didn’t want to brew and bottle. Lo and behold Bruusta showed up in my socials. It couldn’t be any easier to have kombucha in my fridge now! So easy and the handy app is perfect!

Very hard to get it to seal. Almost exploded when taking it off the base. Very hard to get the handle on to use the product.

Items were packed well. App makes using the Bruusta so easy! And the final product is delicious!

The product itself is very good. I have tried two of the Bruusta kombucha flavors (regular and raspberry) and three of the flavor shots (haven't tried the grapefruit one, yet); all are very tasty. I do prefer to use the flavor shots in the regular batch. I ordered the two Bruusta kegs and am happy to have one to drink and one getting ready. Their FAQ's say that it has about 21 servings/8 ounces each for a total of 168 ounces; I don't find that to be accurate, I did one day of 8 ounces and 9 days of 12 ounces for a total of 116 ounces (10 days of servings vs their 21 days is quite a ways off). Even if I'm a little off on my measurements, that is still a big difference. I used the same glasses nightly and they only hold about 10 ounces to the top, which I did not do and left room for ice cubes. The portion that goes down into the base, which is drinkable, is about 4 ounces. Now, the not so good.....I fully set up my account and it nows all my information, but now I can't log in and make any changes via my account. I have had several emails with Bruusta support and still no success. An automated response is sent to log in, but goes no where from there. The secondary automated link will allow me to make a change to the date, but not edit the items to ship. I'm hoping they will get this fixed and make it an easier experience for the customer.
