Bryan Lecoche Limited Opiniones

Bryan and his team acted immediately when travellers arrived illegally at our premises - communication was fantastic throughout the eviction process and our site was cleared within 48 hours. Efficient and professional service, highly recommended.

When gypsy/travelers invade your site it is a very stressful time - however the whole team at Lecoche who we dealt with, Tim, Kirsty & Kelly, were instantly on the case and sorted a speedy resolution. We received regular updates via email & phone, and even without police support, they secured our site and evicted the trespassers in two days. Great work, well done.
I highly recommend this company, M.

We have several office sites around the UK that we manage. From time to time we have travellers arrive on these sites. Bryan Lecoche (BL) has always been extremely fast to respond, organising for the correct papers to be served fast. This has resulted in these groups moving on with in a short (24/48 hour) period.

We would recommend BL to anyone looking for professional bailiff assistance. BL has been fantastic to work with, very effective and professional.

The staff at Bryan Lecoche have been wonderful and we couldn't recommend their services highly enough. We sort their help when an evicted tennant refused to leave our land and had stored a lot of rubbish on site.
We found the staff to be very professional but friendly, sensitive, patient and kind when dealing with us a family during an incredibly stressful and difficult time. They were unphased dealing with a very difficult character and helped to eliviate the pressure on us by taking over communication. They were calm, always answering calls and emails in a timely fashion with great communication and record keeping.

Working on behalf of a client, I successfully liaised with the team to enable to removal of travellers parked on private property. The team were extremely professional, kept us fully informed at all times, and made the process very smooth and easy to navigate. This was the second time engaging the firm, and I've had no hesitation to recommend to colleagues, and anyone in need of their services.

Bryan Lecoche always have their finger on the pulse for enforcement issues. They're an essential partner of ours to provide key services to a large client. Their helpdesk and generalised support for correspondence is excellent, not to mention their enforcement agents are tactile and unwavering.

Our Business had an issue with trespassers breaking into and taking up residence within one of our compounds. I contacted local authorities for assistance, nothing forthcoming. Via recommendation we contacted Bryan Lecoche and reported our findings. Within a couple of hours Richard Lecoche called and we discussed a plan of action. Each stage to eviction was communicated and executed perfectly, we no longer have an issue.

Bryan and Richard and the wider team at Bryan Lecoche Ltd have been trusted and valued advisors and agents for me over the last few years.

They have helped with complex site recovery and clearance instructions, including audit & reporting third-party contents left on site, and identifying ownership and recovery of abandoned vehicles.

They have always been keen to engage and quick to act, and have pulled in a wider range of suppliers and services where needed to change locks, secure boundaries, implement CCTV, etc, at short notice or against a tight deadline.

The whole team work together to offer an exemplary service. Highly professional and effective they understand the trauma involved with illegal encampment/trespass and work swiftly to provide positive outcomes.Throughout the process they were kind, approachable, helpful and always easy to contact, leaving us feeling supported and safe. I highly recommend Bryan Lecoche and his team.
