Placed order on Thurs Morning the week…
Placed order on Thurs Morning the week before Christmas for del Friday. Half my order arrived on the following Monday and the plaster beadings I needed for the Christmas break were missed off the del van. Helpful customer services but the missed del is a pain and I had to source a few from elswhere. Fingers crossed the beads arrive asap. Update -Beads arrived between Christams and New Year but they were bent and I lost about 1m from the entire pack of 10. Although BSF were not to blame for the late del the packaging wasn't great.

Next day delivery turns out to be next week.
Ordered on Wednesday, supposedly for next day delivery, ie. Thursday. Order confirmation email said they'd send another email when item was shipped, but only got an email from DHL to say they'd received details of the shipping but were waiting to receive it. Had concerns when I found out they were using DHL, and sure enough it wasn't until Thursday evening that DHL sent me an email to say they'd got the parcel and would let me know when it was out for delivery. On Friday DHL said they would deliver that day, but then decided they couldn't find the address. As I was doing the job on Friday (hence wanting next day delivery on Thursday), I had to make do with some other materials.
Package finally arrived around mid-day on Monday, at the company's office rather than the site where it was needed, so I'm now wondering what to do with something I no longer have any use for. Won't be using this company again.

I'm really sorry to hear that you are up upset about this. I would like to assure you that we did everything we could to help you on the delivery of this order. We dispatched your order on next day delivery on the same day that we received the order. Unfortunately DHL couldn't find the address based on the information you provided so I tried my best to pass information between you and DHL in order to get the correct information to them, and then they re-delivered the item to you.
If you no longer require the items please feel free to return them to us and we are happy to provide a refund for you.
Apologies again for any issues with delivery. We would be happy to use a different courier if you wished to order from us again.

Delivery company……
Not your fault, but planned my day to sign for the parcel, and the delivery driver couldnt find my premises.
Been here since 1985!
He says he is coming today and its a Saturday so we will see.
I ordered a part for a machine from L and S Engineering the other day…… its on my doorstep the following morning by 8am.
Now that is absolutely excellent service, and I phoned them and thanked them.
Disappointed with you, but fingers crossed for today, and the delivery driver.
