No help with tracking delivery, when eventually arrived wrong size had been sent. Impossible to get refund but after many emails back and forth they said a partial refund would be issued or I could return them myself to the return address which was China. I opted for partial refund which unbeknownst to me was £1.89. They are a joke. AVOID!!!

Mens shoes ordered 20 March delivered 1 April. Arrived in bag, no box. Fishy smell when the bag was opened. Sprayed with foot spray to clear...... Size 44 (9.5 UK) for a size 9 foot. Perhaps a 10 would have been better....... Shoes are as described and very comfortable. I`m not keen on the elastic laces, but I understand they are slip-ons. Can easily change these if necessary. Hope they last ...... Would definitely buy from BSTOREON again.

The shoes are not as described, definitely not orthopaedic, no support and extremely cheaply and badly made. I paid extra for fast delivery and the delivery was late. Really really bad quality, over priced for what you get and unreliable delivery times. Don’t buy from this company

Still have not got my second pair of boots. It shows me taking a package. But that was not black packaging the first ones came in. I have Not got the 61/2 Boots *£22.98.
Gone to my bank

Bought some loafer shoes they eventually turned up squashed and dented and wrong size sent , cheap material nothing like advert. Was offered £10 compensation and a £10 voucher to buy again ! I don't think so!!

Absolutely diabolical DO NOT BUY FROM HERE you think you are ordering from Britain but its a chinese company terrible terrible customer service ordered 2 pairs of boots cheap and shabby oh yes send them back£40+ or a 10% refund which was given in the end without my consent even though I expressed a valid reason gor return would never recommend or buy from here ever again

Complete scammers selling substandard products under the pretence of being a UK registered business but in reality another Chinese scammer. Filed a dispute with my bank as the purchase was made with my credit card so hopefully will get my money back.

Ordered pack of 2 bras - supposed to be great support and firm etc. two bras came in really soft and cheap material with no support at all - I binned them.
Was offered 50% of what I paid for them and told I didn’t need to send them back. Apparently postage would be too much money . Would be more useful if they told you up front that returns would cost too much as then customer can take the risk or decide not to order

After reading all the bad reviews I tried to cancel my order. They said it was too late despite me cancelling well within the 12 hour time frame allowed on their website. I feared the worst when the boots arrived a week later. To my surprise they were exactly what I ordered and are good quality and comfortable. So 5 stars for the product but just 1 for their disingenuous trading policy. I was one of the lucky few I suppose!

I ordered a pair of boots size 6 but received size 7.5. I emailed stating wrong delivery but they said i had to return at my own expense!!

I would have given less than one star if I could! Bought a pair of boots. Supposed to be laced up. Didnt come with any laces! Awful, shoddy boots that looked nothing like the photo. Got onto the company straight away so way within the 30 day window but they offered me 10% refund. When I said this wasn’t good enough as I cannot even wear them as there were no laces they then said I would have to return them at my own cost back to China. Just a joke! Would cost me more than what I paid for the boots!

Paid for fleece lined black boot, ordered wide fit size 9, what arrived was light brown fleece lined narrow as narrow can be looks size 5 . Sent email site claims it offeres full refund, there email 10 refund and a 10 coupon for another item and no return of item, I went to fraud department of my bank and got a full refund these are Chinese sellers who don't give a fig for the customer, only way to stop them is all customers report to bank fraud dept. Get your dispute and full refund tell bank to read the truth of them on this site, as these scammers ain't gonna give you owt back.

Boots I ordered were ok but zip broke after a week. Only offering me £10 coupon and small discount. Why would I buy from them again. Faulty goods should be replaced. Like everyone else didnt know they were coming from China and would cost me more than I paid for the boots to return them. These companies should not be given advertising space, they are con merchants.

Shame I have to rate 1 star, bought shoes but didn't fit so returned at my expense to China back in July, just received them back in January, post office advised no-one collected them in China so they got returned back to me - awful customer service they do not wish to help at all...AVOID

No return policy- you have to make your return to an address in China. The product they were selling seemed ok at the price as you get what you paid for.

I was really worried after I saw reviews after I placed an order.
Ordered Men's Handcrafted Leather Waterproof Non-Slip Orthopaedic Ankle Boots. Wide. Well made and stylish. My husband says they fit like a glove and are the best boots he has had in years.
Will order from them again

Utterly disappointed with the three pairs of boots I ordered. As other buyers notice the products are all cheap plastic imitations of the leather ones shown on the website. Poorly finished, very light, extremely uncomfortable, they will be going straight into the bin…not even to a charity. I won’t bother trying to get my money back as it seems like a big effort and time to get 20% back nor will I try to send them back at alot more cost to me!
I have learned a valuable lesson, I am telling myself off because I normally read several reviews before purchase but didn’t this time. As been said before…if the offer is too good to be true, it probably is!
