We would like to sincerely share our positive experience with the clinic. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the friendliness and politeness of the entire staff. The doctor and his wife are not only very kind and welcoming people but also highly competent and professional specialists in their field, which made us feel confident and well cared for throughout the entire process.

We would especially like to highlight the cleanliness of the clinic, the attentive attitude toward patients, and the high level of professionalism shown by everyone we interacted with. Everything was organized with great care and consideration.

The transfer and hotel were also arranged for the full duration of our stay in the city, making the experience smooth and comfortable. The post-operative care was handled exceptionally well — all instructions were explained clearly, and every important detail was thoughtfully prepared in advance. We were provided with all the necessary items, including special shampoos, vitamins, and other essentials, ensuring that the recovery period would be as comfortable as possible.

Öncelikle buraya “çok güzel, iyi hoş, tavsiye ederim” gibi klişe ve hazır yorumlar yazmayacağımı belirtmek isterim. Saç ekimi yaptırmayı düşünen arkadaşlara gerçekten faydalı olabilmek için, başımdan geçenleri tamamen gerçek ve samimi şekilde anlatacağım.

İlk saç ekim deneyimim 2016 yılında, ismi lazım olmayan; sosyal medyada ünlü sahte yorumlara ve videolara aldanarak tercih ettiğim bir merkezde oldu. Ünlülerin boy boy reklamlarını yaptığı bu firmaya güvenerek saç ektirdim. Ancak sonuç olarak üzerimden atamadığım 10 yıllık bir travma, ciddi bir psikolojik yıpranma ve yaşadığım stres nedeniyle mevcut saçlarımın da dökülmesine sebep olan çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadım.
Aynı odada 4 kişiye birden saç ekimi yapılan, merdiven altı bir yerdi; fakat sosyal medyada ve ofiste göz boyayıcı bir düzenleri vardı. Sonuç: büyük bir travma.

Bu yaşadıklarımdan sonra, saç ekimi kelimesini duyduğumda bile panik atak geçirecek duruma gelmiştim…

Bir arkadaşımın saçını ekmişlerdi ve sonucu gerçekten çok güzeldi. Sohbet sırasında sordum, “Nerede ektirdin?” diye. Kendi yaşadığım 10 yıllık kötü tecrübeyi ve hijyen takıntılarımın bile o travmadan kaldığını anlattım. Arkadaşım o gün PRP yaptıracağını söyledi ve “Gel birlikte gidelim” dedi. Kesinlikle saç ektirme düşüncesiyle gitmemiştim ama iyi ki gitmişim.

Büşra Hanım, diğerleri gibi asıp kesmedi, abartmadı. Her şey şeffaf, dürüst ve profesyoneldi. Daha önce yaşadığım saç ekim sürecini anlattığımda gerçekten şaşırdı ve böyle bir şeyin olmaması gerektiğini söyledi. İçimde hiç saç ektirme düşüncesi yokken bile bana güven ve huzur verdi.

Sadece bana operasyon alanlarını, temizlik ve hijyen düzenini, danışanlara olan ilgiyi gösterdi. Açıkçası göstermesine bile gerek yoktu; ben zaten her yeri dikkatlice gözlemledim. Ortam tertipliydi, ekip profesyoneldi, herkesin yüzü gülüyordu. Bu fırsatı kaçırmak istemedim ve hemen randevu aldım.

Operasyon günü geldiğinde içimde hâlâ biraz stres vardı. Sabah erken saatlerde merkeze gittim, kapıda Büşra Hanım karşıladı. Her şey baştan sona çok güzel ilerledi. Büşra Hanım her aşamada yanımdaydı ve 10 yıl önce yaşadığım kötü operasyonu bana resmen unutturdu.
Her danışanıyla ayrı ayrı, sanki bir yakını, bir ablası, bir kardeşi gibi ilgileniyor. Özellikle sordum; bana mı böyle diye. “Hayır” dedi. Zaten diğer danışanlar da son derece memnundu.

Gerçekten mükemmel bir operasyondu. Tüm korkularımı ve gereksiz stresimi geride bıraktım.
Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim. Büşra Hanım ve ekibi bu işin gerçekten “Vakkosu” diyebiliriz.

Keşke ilk saç ekimimi de bu ekip yapsaydı. Geç oldu ama sonunda aradığımı buldum.

To be honest, I was skeptical at first. The clinic was in a different city, I hadn’t heard much about it before, and you constantly hear the same narrative: “Only Istanbul can give you good results.” That pressure made me cautious.

But even before I booked anything or made any kind of commitment, I had a short phone call with them — and that changed everything. They answered every single question I had, and even addressed things I hadn’t thought about yet. They were proactive, honest, and professional. That conversation took away all my doubts.

The entire procedure went smoothly. The clinic was modern, clean, and welcoming. The atmosphere was calm – I didn’t feel like I was about to undergo surgery at all. Everyone was kind and professional, and I was really well taken care of.

Before the transplant, they ran tests to make sure I was eligible and to check if the medications would affect me negatively. I got meals, breaks when I needed them, and the whole experience felt very human – not like some rushed conveyor-belt system. I felt safe and respected the whole time.

After the procedure, the aftercare was exceptional. I got regular check-ins, was asked how I felt, if I had any issues, questions, or concerns. Whenever I had a question – even small things like “Can I do this?” or “Should I avoid that?” – I always got a fast, clear answer. That kind of support really helped me feel confident and relaxed during recovery.

Now, seven months later, I’m seeing results that most people expect after 12 months. My hair looks way better than I imagined, and I can tell it’s only going to improve. My expectations were truly exceeded.

So, to anyone who’s thinking about getting it done but is unsure: I can honestly recommend this place. You can fly there with peace of mind and get your hair done without regrets. I didn’t expect it to go this well – but it did.

I've just returned home from having a hair transplant with bt hair clinic, if you are thinking of getting a hair transplant I would highly recommend bt hair clinic. The service was excellent, very friendly staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish, also the aftercare you receive is first class.

Had a hair transplant in April 2024 at Bthairclinic in Antalya.
Staff very caring and friendly and explained everything in detail.
The whole procedure was literally pain free.
Aftercare was also good.
You do have to “trust the process”, my hair was grown through fully by about 8-9 months, and continues to grow now!
I am amazed the results and can honestly say, this was the best decision I’ve ever made.
