professional customer service
I came across this shop recently and it was my first time experience with them. My purchase hasn't arrived for a week , so Iv decided to give them a call and ask what is happening. Turned up it was small logistic error. However the way they dealt with the issue deserved 5 stars as company is only as good as their customer service. They reacted instantly and they fixed the problem and shipped my item covering whole special next day delivery cost and my item arrived 10 hours later. Excellent customer service and item was as described. Im very happy and recommend this company . Thanks for being very professional and friendly.
