A pleasurable experience and a great company to deal with with no-pressure sales reps you can contact them as many times and they are always helpful.Brilliant insulation staff clean and tidy. And explained everything you need to know about the insulation

We had a grant boiler fitted, the chaps that came out did a thorough sweep of the house to make sure we was all good for the grant beforehand. Within a day we had a phone call to say the boiler installers are ready to come and fit a new boiler to the property. We booked them for the following Saturday and 3 chaps arrived at ten in the morning and just cracked on. I asked for a few things to be moved and some pipe work to be moved to different areas and the lads did the best they could. The new boiler sits well and from the short time we have had it works great!!
As the nature of the job the house got messy and the front drive had all sorts of materials around, but by the time they left it was cleared away to a standard.
The only bad news was, when draining out the system the drain pipe wasn’t quite on and leaked across the floor which has now lifted.
And a small leak from the ceiling that has left a water mark, not an issue and all easy fix’s.
But that to the side the job was all done great and looks the part.
Very easy to contact via WhatsApp which made things quicker.
On the note of WhatsApp and calls, they can be a little pushy with wanting things like this review I’m writing now, please don’t keep calling every 5 minutes, the review has lost a star because of that.

The fact the installation was given via the grant, if I’d have paid for the service I wouldn’t have been majorly satisfied, cigarette butts all over the garden, flowers smashed to pieces, dust all over the kitchen when core drilling an extractor in, I’m in the trade so work from the standards of leaving things tidier than you found it. The fact that on the request of a review someone from their office hit me with a “?” On WhatsApp after I didn’t respond instantly (10 mins between the request and the ?) seemed slightly unprofessional to me. I don’t even get that impatience from the Mrs

All sorted in mega quick time . Workforce couldn’t have been more polite , neat and knowledgable . Cannot speak highly enough from start to finish

The company from start to finish are amazing,so polite ,very helpful and understanding and very patience.
The chaps who installed the new boiler were amazing they worked so hard and didn't stop until it was up and running can't Thank them all enough ..Would 100%recomend

I was a bit dubious filling in the free gov boiler grant form at first but it has been an amazing professional experience from start to finish. The communication throughout especially with the office has been A*. A lovely gentleman came out to do the survey he was very knowledgeable and professional and within 2 days from the survey, 3 workmen came out to fit a new boiler for me. This was completed within a day, yes they spoke little English however that didn’t matter, their work was phenomenal. It was a big job as I had a very old back boiler with 2 water tanks that also needed removing, my house is old and therefore the pipe work and gas meter didn’t make it easy for them however this job wasn’t too big for them, they looked around and gave me options of where my new combi boiler could go. As everything was done within a few days I couldn’t prepared the rooms ready for them to work which added extra movement of my things. This did not stop them doing such a professional job and they left my house just as they found it, everything was spotless and you wouldn’t have known I had any work done.
My new boiler has been a god send and I highly recommend them for any work.

Arrived to do cavity wall insulation. Reasonably happy with job, though I was looking over their shoulders throughout. Very little English spoken so don’t know what issues they might have had. Insulation kept blocking the pipe, I’m guessing due to water getting in from compressor. Still I have got cavities filled via the grant so winter will tell if it works or not

This company was ok however the cowboys they sent to do the insulation were a nightmare. They were from Thamesvalley insulation. They hardly spoke a word of English turned up to do the loft with no ladder. Wanted to do a quick bodge job had to argue with them and get their boss out to my home. The workmen also stole a bottle of aftershave from my bathroom. Stay well clear of this company if they say they are sending Thames valley insulation.

I am hugely thankful to this wonderful company for the boiler they have given to me just in 3 days. Initially I was unaware and doubtful about my eligibility for the Eco4 Grant but they made me realize the importance of this opportunity. The installation of the boiler was done in just one day and I was really impressed by the efficient and effective work of the engineers. The calm and perfect way of their working indicated their high professionalism. I heartily endorse and recommend them.
