It's been a great experience
It's been a great experience. The communication is great at every step, and you are never left wondering what is happening next. Also, being able to chat to a real person with knowledge of the Irish medical system is great, having the dietitian support is important too, and finally, having a choice between online or local pharmacies really helps.

Seriously, look no further than Bua. Very professional, transparent & very fast moving.
Their customer service is brilliant especially Michael on the email & WhatsApp. I had a bit of a complicated IT issue today, and he handled it like an absolute pro. Fast, friendly, and went the extra mile. If the management is reading this: give this man a raise! The world needs more Michaels. 10/10 service!

I have been using bua healthcare since February 2026 for my weight loss management treatment… i have no complaints at all with this service, everything has been so straight forward… the support team reply almost immediately to any queries and the monthly check in is seamless… i do not envisage changing provider any time soon

Excellent customer service
BUA health has made it easy for me to get my prescription. They answered my many questions very quickly. I had one issue and they quickly resolved it to my liking. I was prescribed wegovy and I have been very happy with BUA health’s responsiveness and how quickly they sent the prescription to my chosen pharmacy . I would advise anyone who needs this type of medication to use BUA health. They are very nice and easy to deal with.
