They Don’t Honour Legit Claims
DO NOT buy travel insurance from them. My flight from Tokyo to Sapporo got cancelled due to bad weather and despite getting official note from the airline stating it’s due to bad weather, they refuse to reimburse my accommodation in Hokkaido. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS SUPPOSED TO COVER INCIDENCES LIKE THIS! They threw some stupid clause which was totally unrelated to my situation. I pushed back twice but they still won’t honour the insurance that I paid for. Go elsewhere for your insurance. I have wonderful experience with Tiq and will buy from them for travel insurance. My flight to Istanbul got delayed and they honoured the claim without stupid reasons. Don’t buy from Bubblegum. They are just a broker and using Starr Insurance as underwriters so don’t buy from this company too, coz this company was the one who did not honour my claims. And it took me 10 months of to-ing and fro-ing! But at your own risk. I’m a regular traveller so they lost me as a customer forever!

I went online to request for a car insurance quotation and was helped by Ken Chew who gave me 3 quotations and advise which to pick and what are being offer for the policy and further it was a reasonable quote given to me and so I decide to buy from him as Ken had been very helpful and also answers to all my questions

Excellent Service
It is good Kenneth not pnly takes the trouble to inform me my car insurance is expiring, he also goves a rough estimation of the next insurance charge and provides a link to renewal.Makes it very convenient to renew. I don't bother to check for the lowest market rate.
