I always order personalised birthday balloons for my children. They are beautifully made and with quick delivery and good packaging they arrive in perfect condition everytime. Yes they aren’t cheap but they last a long time. A great company.. very satisfied

This is the second time ordering with Bubblegum. Last Nov we ordered some Duggee balloons and Duggee was still floating around well into the new year!
This time I had to contact Customer services as I needed balloons in a specific theme, and the balloons were in various different bundles on the website - so I needed to create my own bundle. Customer Service were quick to respond to my questions, and the payment was easy to make. Balloons arrived on time and were still well inflated. They are still looking good one week on and are getting lots of compliments!

My experience with Bubblegum Balloons Ltd was amazing! They came through for a last minute delivery (under 24 hour turnaround), packaged my order carefully, and were really nice! I definitely recommend them for your balloon needs.

I ordered some for my son's first birthday party and they looked fantastic! After some got popped by my cat (make sure you keep the box away from cats!) I had to order some last minute replacements, which they happily provided. Will definitely be using them again next time I need balloons.

I ordered some balloons for my friend after passing her driving test. Clicked on bubblegum balloons after never using them before and found there website super easy to use, uploaded an image for one ballon and that was it. Had to change the delivery but Emma was super helpful and got this done without any delay. The balloons arrived and got the reaction I was I was hoping for.
Couldn’t recommend enough.

Unfortunately, the balloons arrived late and part of the order was missing. The balloon that arrived was deflated because it stayed with the courier (DPD) too long. The company sent new balloons two days later than the required arrival date, but with balloons arriving after a birthday (and for the price of the service), unfortunately this is not good enough. I would not recommend this company.

Definitely recommend. I love helium balloons and have used BB many times now. Always receive the balloons I’ve ordered, nothing swapped out because of stock issues. The balloons are extremely stylish and well put together. Only once did I have a balloon that was deflateing and the customer service was exceptional, I called disappointed for a possible discount but instead they kindly replaced the main balloon in time for father's day celebrations. Very happy with their service.
