Buckindad did a GREAT job on the Duck…

Buckindad did a GREAT job on the Duck print I had made for my brother-in-law. Emma was so helpful in the process. I would HIGHLY recommend getting prints done by them.

The delivery and customer service were AWFUL!!!

The delivery and customer service were awful!!!! I paid for expedited shipping because we were at a location where we needed the picture quickly. The fullfillment took FOREVER and we had already left our destination before it was even fulfilled. Then, the picture was sent standard delivery, thus taking even longer to get there....but I PAID for the expedited shipping. I went back and forth with an associate...they tried to blame it on the "holiday volume" for UPS, then the government shut down, then an "unexpected rerouting"...all the while I am trying to explain that IT WAS NEVER SENT EXPEDITED, so none of that matters. I just wanted my money back for the shipping. Ultimately the picture arrived some 3 weeks after I ordered. We had left our destination so I have no idea to the condition of the item. Overall, a very disappointing customer experience and poor resolution management. I will not be purchasing from this company again and I will be advising everyone I come across the same.

After reviewing your case again, we sincerely acknowledge that your package was mistakenly shipped via UPS Ground instead of the 2-Day service you paid for. This was a fulfillment routing error on our side, and we fully understand how frustrating this was—especially since you needed the item delivered before leaving your destination.

As soon as this issue was identified, we processed a refund for the expedited shipping fee in full. While the standard shipping cost still applied, the entire 2-Day shipping charge has already been returned to your account.

We take your comments seriously, and we’ve shared this case with our fulfillment team to ensure better accuracy and prevent similar errors in the future. Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly appreciate it.
