From initially calling to place my order for a skip to collection, all staff were friendly, experienced and capable.
The only slight hitch is that the time the skip was delivered was much later than we were told

Thank you for your review! We’re delighted to hear you found our team friendly, experienced, and helpful from booking through to collection. We’re sorry the skip was delivered in the afternoon rather than the morning as expected, and we appreciate your understanding. Our deliveries take place anytime between 7:30am and 4:30pm, although we're always happy to route vehicles for a morning or afternoon delivery where possible if requested in advance. We’re pleased the rest of your experience was a positive one and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. 💚

Thank you for your review.
We're pleased to hear that your delivery and collection were both efficient. However, we're a little confused by the 2-star rating, as your comments seem positive.
If there was anything about our service that didn't meet your expectations, we'd really appreciate it if you could let us know. Customer feedback is important to us, and we'd welcome the opportunity to understand what went wrong and how we can change your two stars into five stars next time 😊
Many thanks,
The Bucks Recycling Team 💚

It used to be good
Used Bucks recycling Ltd for 7+years, and its used to be great. Shame they decided to ramp up their charges rapidly, and, in the end stopped to supply skips to small local business. Hope they have a reason for it.

Respuesta de Bucks Recycling Ltd
Hi, thank you for your feedback and for your custom over the past 7+ years 💚
We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the changes to our service. The waste industry has seen substantial increases in costs over recent years, particularly around waste disposal. In fact, a number of local waste companies have stopped supplying skips altogether due to the significant losses associated with disposal costs. Alongside this, rising fuel prices—further impacted by ongoing instability in the Middle East—have increased transport costs considerably. Unfortunately, these factors have meant that price increases have been unavoidable across the industry.
In addition, while we have always valued your business, the OX44 area is some distance from our depot in HP18. As costs have continued to rise, we have had to review the areas we can service sustainably, and in some cases this has meant making difficult decisions regarding locations that are further afield.
We understand this may be frustrating, especially as a long-standing customer, and we are genuinely grateful for the support you have given us over the years. We wish you and your business all the very best for the future 💚
