This is the second time I worked with Ferhad at Budget Elite Travel, this year. He is very attentive and responsive to me no matter how many times I called or changed my travel dates/destination. He also seems to be working all the time as he has responded to me at all hours of the day/night. I really appreciate his pleasant demeanor and him working with me to find the best business class flight options for my budget. He seems to genuinely care to provide the best service and that my trips went smoothly. I highly recommend him and have recommended him to others that are also looking to book international travel.

Great service, kept fully up to date with booked progress and replies to emails were quick.
Many thanks.

My first time using the service. With Scarlett’s prompt help, I got a smooth and convenient reservation from the US to two different destinations in Europe. She immediately understood my priorities and was very responsive.

Filip is a great communicator and patient with my multiple questions and requests during the whole process.

Troy is very patient especially with our bank and us old folks!

This is the second time that we are using Budget Elite Travel. The representative, Alexander, has helped us immensely. Our first set of flights went very smoothly, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Today, Alexander helped us again. He spent quite a bit of time with us, making sure that we were satisfied with the flights. Everything went smoothly, and we look forward to using Budget Elite Travel again in the near future.

Alexander spent quite a bit of time today and help us to find business class flights for our next trip. He worked tirelessly, and what he found was exactly what we were looking for. We had several choices of flights and he helped Taylor the best one to our needs and desires.

Since the success of our first use, I have been giving my friends Alexander’s name and phone number. I am very pleased with the company very pleased with the results and very pleased with Alexander response to our needs.

Great experience, easy process and excellent communication. Very highly recommended.

Zayn was extremely efficient, and I found the best options on this site

Kai is awesome! Always delivers a deal

The agent was diligent in her efforts to assist but I must say the process had many twist and turns before the tickets were issued.

Diligent, efficient and friendly attention by agent.

I was scared at first but the service from Bilal was incredible. It did not matter at what time or what we asked that he answered us and accommodate us. We are extremely happy with our flights. For sure we will use them again. Specially when we were able to use our reward points from our credit card.

Nowadays, it's difficult to trust unknown websites because they are full of scammers. At the beginning, I was suspicious that this site had such attractive prices. However, Steve did an amazing job. He reached out to me by phone, sent all the references, and made the booking, saving us lots of money. (Also helped with questions related to booking even on Sunday). I'm definitely going to use Steve in the future again.

As a first-time user, the outstanding personalized service and guidance provided by Clarence far exceeded my expectations.

Tessa and the previous agent were outstanding in assisting me with everything, even with our time zone differences

This was the first time we used Budget Elite Travel. A seamless experience, with great assistance and by Landon Hill. Prices were well below retail. We highly recommend Budget Elite Travel.

Terrence was so professional in his approach and was able to answer all my questions quickly and clearly. He found a great price but had provided me with several options. Very easy to deal with. He was on top of all requirements straight away.

Nancy Kane was very professional and cooperative.
