Was looking for good quality but budget headphones for learners to use in college environment. They didn't stock the quantity required but instead gave a great deal on a similar product. Received great support and guidance from customer services and able to received the items sooner than normally delivered as well. Will definitely use this company again.

The original item I ordered was out of stock, the company contacted me to offer a replacement upgrade instead, which I happily accepted. I had paid for next day delivery, but due to the situation accepted that it may take a day or so later than expected.

The replacement item did not arrive until almost a week later, after contacting the company to ask for the tracking number that I hadn't been given prior to asking (they stated "this is a bit unusual"). The headset I received is of good quality, I am satisfied with the product but have given a four star rating due to the delayed delivery and an apology from someone at customer service would have been appreciated.

I ordered from Budget Headphones recently and was very impressed by them. An item in my order was temporarily unavailable and the company, on its own suggestion, substituted an upgraded item in its place. The service provided and the order received were excellent.
