Amazing service
Customer service was quick to reply and so accommodating. I didn’t care for the free gift as part of a promotion. I asked if it was possible to substitute it for another item and much to my surprise, I was given the option of an alternative gift I needed and liked. I loved the rice cooker I bought too and that it was nontoxic.
