I bought an LG TV, but needed to change the pickup details, then the "fun" started.
Basically this company does NOT have a decent customer service. They do not have any phone agents, and the only way to contact them is by WhatsApp. They did not respond in a timely manner, and they did not solve my problem with the shipment, no matter how many times I tried over a period of almost two weeks.
I will never buy anything again from this store.

פניתי לחנות מתוך ציפייה לקבל שירות מקצועי ואדיב, אך לצערי יצאתי בתחושת אכזבה והלם. איך עדיין קורים מיקרים כאלה. איך מוכר שאמור לעזור ולתת לי שרות מוצא את עצמו אגרביבי עם חוסר סבלנות ומעל הכל צועק ומרים עליי את הקול!אני סבור ששירות לקוחות הוא נדבך חשוב בכל עסק, ובפרט ברשת מכובדת כמו באג.

POOR WARRANTY SERVICE. DO NOT BUY!!!

The company does not honour the warranty claim and makes you pay for device repair even if you are not at fault.

I bought a BOOX note air 3C which is 5 months old and has a 1 year warranty (1790 NIS). It was plugged in for charging . Once the charging was complete, (indicating 94% charge, showing that the screen was working fine), I tried to start the device and the screen froze with vertical black strips.

On approaching Bug for repair, the company claimed internal physical damage due to excessive pressure on the screen, which obviously is not the case, given the sequence of events. Also there is no external physical damage that can be seen.

The company refused repair/replacement under warranty and was charging half the original price (900NIS) for screen replacement. After speaking to their customer service manager, they have agreed to give me a 100NIS discount but have still refused to replace under warranty.

It is a really unfair policy where they are trying to make good their operating costs by not accepting the warranty status. So beware of buying anything from here.
