Helpful and Customer Satisfaction Focused
Jason and Amy took the time to assist me with every aspect of my purchase and delivery. As a new house-owner, working on my first major projects, Amy answered all my questions and helped alleviate any concerns regarding ordering and cross-country shipping. Jason managed the shipping process and the vendors to ensure my product arrived as discussed and in good condition. Jason even went above and beyond, taking personal responsility for the shippers miscommunication. I would definitely trust Builders Warehouse and their team for future needs.

Unsafe Premises! Worst customer service, Bad Products
Worst customer service , products that don’t work, unsafe premises. Avoid specifically Builder’s Warehouse Rivonia. They’ve sold me gas canisters that do not work and I’ve had to go back several times to complain. When you arrive at the contractors site some of the service guys all flock around your car. Unfortunately today I went in to complain about a gas canister again and this time I ended up forgetting to lock my car. According to the footage that Jacques (Management) viewed a men opened my car and stole my bag. He refused to show me the footage because of Pop act (whatever?!). Anyway , how did the thieves know that my car was unlocked - most probably because they work with the men who work just outside the shop on the Builders warehouse premises. As soon as you park they flock around your car under the pretence of helping and try and distract you then signal to the men who have a getaway car close by. Don’t go there! I regret my fuel that I used to drive there to complain about a malfunctioning canister and then losing my entire handbag to thugs. Management doesn’t care - how do I even know that’s what really happened if they didn’t show me the video. Horrible place, horrible products, horrible security. I will never set my foot there again! It just ended in tears for me… Someone saw something but they were working together!!!

This review appears to be for a different business. BuildersWarehouse.com is a U.S.-based supplier headquartered in Chicago and operates from a single location. We do not operate retail stores or locations such as the one you described.

They took my money
I paid $226 for one day shipping on a $132 order on Aug. 28 and it’s now Sept. 9. I’ve called them and emailed them multiple times and they aren’t responding to me. I have no way of knowing what’s going on so I’m left to assume this company is a scam and took my money. This order is for building materials that I needed for a job.
