This is a very professional ski company.
The holiday preparation was excellent, both our booking page and liaising with our coordinator Katie.
You can tell a lot about a company by how they react when something goes wrong. When our Swissair flight (booked directly by us not via BMST) was cancelled a few hours before departure they were so helpful, monitoring our revised progress, re-arranging ski rental delivery and culminating in a warm welcome and a lovely meal when we eventually arrived 10 hours late at 01.30am.
Our week of skiing was superb, a lovely chalet (Triglav in Tignes) with simply outstanding food from our talented and very hardworking chef Ella. Our chalet host Flo was very personable and hospitable, together they made a great team.
One final note, the BMST recommendations for ski lessons & ski hire were excellent and we were really glad that we went with them.
I cannot recommend BMST highly enough.

We have had an amazing week ! The staff were all fantastic and super helpful. The food was great and accommodation/ location fabulous. I would come back in a heartbeat! Flo and Ella stood out as amazing hosts/chef. Would recommend to anyone.

Really excellent company we had never come across before. We stayed at Chalet Fraidieu which was a comfortable chalet in a good location but what made our holiday really exceptional was the staff - our host Millie and chef Anna were both brilliant. The food was really exceptional and both went out of their was to make our stay really special. Will definitely look to book with this company again.

Our chalet hosts Millie and Anna were absolutely incredible and made our holiday unbelievable. They catered to my gluten free and pescatarian diet in the most amazing way and felt like friends rather than hosts. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing holiday at Chalet Bonhomme in Val Thorens with a large group of friends. The chalet is very close to the piste (you can ski untill the chalet) and apres ski. Olly, Milly and Poppy were amazing, they made our week unforgettable and their service was absolutely excellent, everything was possible. The wine and the food cooked by David was delicious, we hope to come back sometime!

From start to finish, the communication, care, and attention were perfect. The thoughtful, knowledgeable, staff made the days full of adventure and the evenings full of good meals and camaraderie. Definitely recommended.

Buildmyskitrip went above and beyond to ensure our ski holiday was a success. From the initial enquiry, right through to the end, all staff ensured that our needs were met. I was particularly impressed by the communication throughout. The chalet was great, with a perfect location. The food was always to the highest standard. The staff were friendly, attentive and always paid attention to the little details that matter. I couldn't recommend BMST more highly!

Absolutely outstanding week stayed at Chalet Triglav in Tignes. The chalet host Flo was absolutely amazing along with Ella & Joss the chef’s. Meals were second to none. Nothing was ever too much.
Great location for skiing with a lift 2 minute walk, approx 10 minutes if that down to main area. Superb location.
Overall, a fantastic week stayed in Chalet Triglav with the best hosts & chefs! Thank you!

The chalet is a great spot, easy to get to Tignes or Val. The staff were warm, accommodating and friendly, they were a credit to the company. We were a week early for the snow that dumped Thursday and Friday, you can’t have everything. I’d return in a heartbeat!

What an amazing experience, our chalet was stunning, Ian, Georgia, Andy, Imogen and Sean are the absolute dream team, nothing was to much trouble and they made us feel so welcome and looked after, in fact they made this trip as special as it was. Ians food was amazing, his afternoon cakes were such a treat and the chalet was everything we needed and more. My first ski trip and I couldn’t have loved it more.

Wow what can I say..Just arrived back from chalet triglav in tignes for my hubby's 50th birthday and we couldn't of chosen a better place or company to deal with! From start to finish when booking they have been fantastic..the chalet was as described and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us..made my husbands birthday memorable..the food from our chef Ella was outstanding 5 star..the service from Flo looking after all of our needs.. big thanks also to jemima that was also on hand for everything and even turned up at 3.15 am on departure day..we were all non skiers and this chalet and location was fantastic for experienced or novices like us..thanks again all
