Build My Ski Trip created a wonderful pre-Christmas ski trip for us and we would definitely book with them again! The catered chalet was lovely- welcoming, warm, spacious and immaculate. Our hosts were amazing- Megan looked after us and the chalet fantastically and Adam’s food was superb. Definitely the best food and wine we have had on a ski holiday! The large hot tub was a real bonus and we really enjoyed relaxing in it after a day’s skiing. All in, a fabulous family trip for all of us. BMST’s attention to detail before, during travel and afterwards was exemplary.

We had the most wonderful holiday in Val d’Isere during Xmas week. The chalet staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, they adapted menus so everyone was happy. Every meal was delicious. The chalet was spotlessly clean and the entrance(s) cleared of snow - we had lots of snow!
Communication from first enquiry to day of arrival was great, always ready to answer any questions, if not immediately then within a few hours.
They offer help with ski passes, equipment hire etc which we didn’t use but could be very useful for others.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BMST. Thank you for an amazing Christmas break.

We were on the brink of booking a ski trip through another company when a last minute online search led us to chalet cabri and Buildmyskitrip. Our first contact with Maddy at Buildmyskitrip set the tone for all our dealings with the team. We got through to Maddy straightaway and she did a great job of finding out what we wanted and was very knowledgeable. The website was easy to navigate and being able to manage the booking on line was a great way to be able to add to our initial booking as it suited us. I always got an immediate response to any queries and help with booking ski lessons, restaurants and transfers. The chalet was true to the online photos and our hosts and chef couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Every meal was delicious and always plenty of it. Our chef asked us for any particular favourites we would like for breakfast, and she would accommodate all our requests as to mealtimes and whether the children ate with us or earlier. The chalet was always clean and beds made with the right teddy on the correct children’s bed. Buildmyskitrip did indeed build our ski trip but it also delivered the best ski trip too. Thank you very much to all the team - we hope we can come back next year.

We stayed at the Sabot penthouse in Val thorens. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and modern and the chef provided excellent meals for us. The location really is right in the slopes and a step away from the bars and restaurants. I would 100 % recommend build my ski trip to anyone.

The chalet is very cosy and traditional with a nice space to chill/ watch movies. It is close to everything!

The bedrooms are spacious and comfy with good beds. But the interior of the chalet is very old fashioned, could definitely use some new furniture.

Service / all staff really nice and good, as well as most of the food although for is the portions were way to big and a the meals a bit too heavy / rich / UK style.

The team at BuildMySkiTrip could not have done more to ensure we had a fantastic trip to Tignes. In particular thanks to Joss, Una, Emily and Ollie who kept us well fed and watered in the lovely Chalet Triglav.

Had the best time at Artayma Chalet @Tignes! The place left me speechless, the chef cooking was 10/10 (his attention for detail was amazing)!! And the hosts were the friendliest people, they always made you feel like at home.
Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back next year!

What an unforgettable experience! The chalet hosts were incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. We stayed in Chalet Artayma and it was stunning. The food was outstanding, and the location couldn’t have been better. A big thank you to the Build My Ski Trip team for making it such an amazing week – I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Our ski holiday with Build My Ski Trip was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we started planning, Laurence made everything so easy and stress-free, taking care of every detail so we could just enjoy ourselves.

The team in Tignes was incredible. Our hosts— Molly 1, Molly 2, Katie, Johnathan, Louie—were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. Chef Reese absolutely spoiled us with his amazing meals every day. The duck was a standout dish, and the freshly baked cakes waiting for us each afternoon after a long day on the slopes were the cherry on top. Every meal felt like a celebration, and we looked forward to the food as much as the skiing!

Ollie, the Tignes Manager, was always on hand if needed, to make sure everything ran smoothly (which it did). His local knowledge and helpful attitude added so much to the experience.

Tignes itself was breathtaking—an incredible resort with fantastic skiing and so much to explore. The trips over to Val d’Isère were such a bonus, giving us even more variety and adventure.

What made the trip even more special was that my friends got engaged while we were there!

If you’re thinking about booking a ski holiday, I can’t recommend Build My Ski Trip enough. The service, the team, and the overall experience were exceptional. I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Really helpful and timely advice and communication

We have booked a chalet in Tignes for a large party. Ben has made it very easy for us to arrange all the extras the we need including transfers, and ski tuition. We will be booking lift passes and equipment hire shortly using his web site.
We are looking forward to our holiday.

We had a great experience booking. We were looking for a chalet in Val D’isere for 9 people. I found one and enquired.

Maddy was lovely and not only did she send me all the details that I had requested for the chalet we were considering - she sent me two more possible chalets for the same dates and we chose one of them because the location was so much better.

We are looking forward to our holiday to celebrate our middle daughter’s 30th and my husband’s 80th

Maddy was so helpful answering questions and sending me lots of information about lift passes and lessons plus childcare.

I also spoke to her because I got in a mess firming up the booking on line and she was so helpful and professional. It was very easy to book but I changed from 8 people to 9 so she needed to adjust the pricing. If I hadn’t been mucking around with numbers of people it would have worked perfectly.

I’ve never used this firm before but I was so impressed.

Maddy was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had personally visited the chalets and was able to give great advise. She was flexible and kind (very important when you are trying to get 12 people together) and ensured we booked a fantastic chalet! We are all so excited ! Had a pleasant experience with Maddy who was organising our trip. My group was really unreliable and ours plan kept changing. Maddy was extremely attentive and helpful with any questions/issues we had and really patient.

Utterly useless, totally incompetent and very rude. Initially made an enquiry to then be questioned on my integrity and knowledge. Having ran chalets and resorts for plenty of seasons, to then have the audacity to call me out on where I worked and who I worked with... Poor customer service and only interested in one thing £££

Well, what can I say! From booking with Ben it went so smoothly, great communication and very helpful with our needs, organising our flights, private transfers, chalet, lift passes and ski hire at very good prices.
Penthouse Sabot in Val Thorens was AmAzInG. It is a gorgeous chalet, ski in and ski out, a couple of minutes walk to the resort center, It had everything we needed and lots of space and home comforts .
Our hosts Anna & Sam were simply the best! They were very welcoming and friendly and their meals were absolutely delicious, afternoon cake , yum yum! I even asked Anna for some of her recipes! Nothing was too much trouble for them ( I have a fussy eating daughter) they went above and beyond. We will be following Anna & Sam to Tignes next season! Thank you everyone at BMST, will definitely book again with you ⛷️⛷️
