Buildworld Opiniones

Best price I could find for type of doors, quick delivery and no damages. Would use again.

Thank you so much , it was quick and good price

Placed order for paving on 26/05/22. Had an instant response saying order was successful. £370.20.
Had not heard a thing from them on 01/06/22 so phoned only to be told they have not got the stock.
(Note I had to chase them to find this out, they had made no attempt to inform me).
Asked for refund only to be told I had to email them to cancel my order. So done this instantly.
Its now the 06/06/22 and still no sign of any refund.
How is this company allowed to carry on trading?
its appalling.

The most appalling company we have dealt with in a build costing over £350,000. Automated emails are sent without addressing issues. Delivery problems are made our fault and the call centre is powerless to help and will not put you through to a manager.
I would urge you to spare yourself the pain of dealing with this company and shop elsewhere.

I ordered door handles from build world, then I read some of the reviews that had been left and I was quite apprehensive, but they arrived as ordered no problems so very pleased.Plus the handles are lovely

Great service would and will use again thank you

Relatively easy enough transaction. Lead time a little longer than I would have liked but all In all will probably use agin.

Door turned up on time as ordered no hassle no problems

Purchased an item, as website said it was in stock, turns out it was not, took over 7 days to get refund, in the end had to ask Bank to step in............be careful they want your money but doing like to give it back when the item is out of stock.....

Easy order process and product delivered promptly. Can’t fault at all.

Good service and goods came as promised. Keep up the good work

Excellent prices and service. I will be using them again.

I cannot read the invoice on my phone. There is something seriously wrong with the way your emails appear on a mobile device. The doors are fine, but the invoice and request for a review are really annoying.

Good price, brilliant product. Communication could have been better - I didn’t get email confirmation of my order which was concerning at the time. Nevertheless the hose arrived fine soon afterwards.

Delivered the ordered components at a keen price, in just a couple of days, and without any damage being incurred. A good result!

Easy to find what i wanted, payment process was easy and delivery was on time

Everything was straight forward with no problems
